Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The answer is not clearIt was before the start of the project that I informed [redacted] about not doing the game roomShe said that's fine and changed/updated the contractPlus, how is that relevant?! These people were not able to finish the project in the contract timeline and are claiming I reduced the size of the project and that changed everything?! I have proof showing caps tile left the project undone and charged me way more than what they should have and seems like lawsuit is the only way to deal with this company Regards, [redacted] *

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The only thing I did not accept was paying for the trips he had to make to my houseAs I said before, I paid separately for pickup and had no problem paying for another pickupFrom the beginning of the contract, he said he will take care of the stair parts but it turned out he had no idea where to get them from and was angry that he had visited three different places and was blaming that on me whereas I had no idea about that until he started yelling about itI never said get off the project, he yelled and threatend me that if you can't work with us this way, I will take my people off the project! One thing he is not making any comment about is the fact that on the last day of our contract, they had done less than percent of the projectAgain, as the owner of the house, especially when the project is that behind, I think I have the right to inquire on project status everydayI had put my move-out date from my apartment, and these irresponsible people, specifically him, were reluctant to provide an accurate timeline or to work in a timely manner everyday in order to finish the project on time and yet he is trying to cover their lack of plan and laziness by blaming everything on meHe was consistently complaining that he is not getting paid enough for this project as in I pushed him to sign the contract whereas his daughter tried multiple times, changing their price to earn my business.Regards, [redacted] *

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I want the company to supply a copy of the contract and all receipts to I owe $for the roof jobI also want them to explain why my vents being resealed on my roof after being removed to do the roof job was not part of the roof job Regards, [redacted]

We started the roofing job at the end of July After the job was complete in September, due to various storms, there was a remaining balance of $As stated in the CAP'S Tile contract a warranty is not issued until the job is complete and paid in fullThe extra repair for the vents to be sealed was needed because of the storms that were coming in around this timeShe was quoted $for these repairsThe vents being sealed was the problem once the roof was complete, it was not the roof that was leakingStill, that had to be paid for in advance before we could start the work on itThe roof work is completeWe have no problem issuing a yrWarranty for the roof but a final payment must be madeNo contact to the customer was made due to the outstanding balance

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:He is definitely lying and that actually proves he knows his company is at faultThey picked up about sqft of tile from store and I paid the $shipping cost separatelyThey laid about tiles (~sqft) and it was done so poorly with a lot of lippage so I told them it's not done rightAnd this was done on April 4th, day 6! Even his daughter, when visited the site on day 7, asked the crew "this is all you have laid so far?!".yes I needed more tile, but they had enough tile to lay (~sqft)So, that excuse is not valid. What he is saying about more surplus, he was trying to charge me for the trips he makes to my house which does not make any sense.Asking for status update and questions about the material, from the people who are actualy doing the job, is not called harrasing, that's project management Regards, [redacted] *

We start on time an was there everyday chipping out old tile an demo showers stairs then pick tile from store, he didn't have enough, we started to lay bet he did want it that way so we change the lay, so while we we layi g tile he starts calling an harass my workers, they told her to call me for
any questions, so he gets mad, an start talking loudly to them, so I call them an told them to ask me not them, he didn't like that, so after that I told them he need to have the stairs there he want me to pick up more surplus for him I told him has cost, so he get mad about that, so then we get into it an he kicks me off the job

On the roof we were to fix the back side were, we had to put a slop because water was standing, we were only put shingle on the front side of the house, she has the estimated an the invoice email to her, as we staded we will do any repair as soon as we reserve the payment, as all our roofs we give a warranty of ten years, if she pay then she would have a warranty, we don't have any problem fixing or repairing any problem we have been there,an explain to her face to face, as I say again please pay what you an we will fix the problem

You change the contract, you want the up stairs done then said no that chance things, bottom line you can't take cr8to people an respect them not to talk back to, I can show respect to anyone, but we want respect back

We started the roofing job at the end of July 2016. After the job was complete in September, due to various storms, there was a remaining balance of $700.00. As stated in the CAP'S Tile contract a warranty is not issued until the job is complete and paid in full. The extra repair for the vents to be...

sealed was needed because of the storms that were coming in around this time. She was quoted $400.00 for these repairs. The vents being sealed was the problem once the roof was complete, it was not the roof that was leaking. Still, that had to be paid for in advance before we could start the work on it. The roof work is complete. We have no problem issuing a 5 yr. Warranty for the roof but a final payment must be made. No contact to the customer was made due to the outstanding balance.

I am rejecting this response because:He is definitely lying and that actually proves he knows his company is at fault. They picked up about 1250 sqft of tile from store and I paid the $45 shipping cost separately. They laid about 20 tiles (~20 sqft) and it was done so poorly with a lot of lippage so I told them it's not done right. And this was done on April 4th, day 6! Even his daughter, when visited the site on day 7, asked the crew "this is all you have laid so far?!".yes I needed more tile, but they had enough tile to lay (~1220 sqft). So, that excuse is not valid. What he is saying about more surplus, he was trying to charge me for the trips he makes to my house which does not make any sense.Asking for status update and questions about the material, from the people who are actualy doing the job, is not called harrasing, that's project management.
