The owner of the company and another representative contacted me and found the source of the damageHe then referred me to another contractor

We have gotten quotes as far as damage and are in the process of approving the work to be done for Mr. [redacted]. We value all of our customers very much. We always work very hard to get any issues resolved fairly and honor our warranties....

Unfortunately, this year has been very trying for us. We have had storms that we have never had in this area this year which has caused a backlog as well as being shorthanded.
