In regards to *** ***, her car was washed twice with a clay bar. The second time her husband said it was fineShe is misrepresenting the facts when she states otherwiseShe is a complainer and a person who will never be satisfied, and has caused problems for multiple people on her street. She is not even a client of ours. The substance that did spray lightly on her car starts to decompose within days with sun exposure. That means even if we didnt clean it, it would eventually fall off on its own with warm sun exposure, and within a short time frame. ? I am rejecting this response because:
The business owner is being untruthfulThey did attempt to remove the urethane roofing material from my car in two separate occasionsBoth attempts were unsuccessful and those attempts damaged the clear coat on the carAccording to the person they hired the car needs to be repaintedThe substance they sprayed on my car is by definition a sealant not meant to disenigrate on its ownThis business owner had one conversation with me where he resorted to name callingHe has had alot to deal with when it comes to me since I reported his non permitted room addition...but the statement that I have issues with my neighbor's, not in years have I had a single issueThis is the way this company operatesThe dealership where I bought my vehicle can attest to the damage to the paint and trimThe substance still covers the bar-b-que and patio furnitureThe employees know not to spray in the wind and the willfully did so anywaysThe owners own daughter states how irresponsible the employees of her father are..in addition his lisences both state no employees
