The Door House installed a new garage door and opener for me which I was very happy with. Less than a year later, while having my kitchen renovated, one of the delivery trucks backed into my garage door. Al and his team were able to replace the door very quickly and efficiently. I recently had a 'tune up' and again, they were very prompt and efficient. I highly recommend The Door House.
Outstanding service! I purchased a garage door opener that was installed in October, 2016. During the frigid temperatures of the last few weeks, I noticed the ATOMS opener was beginning to land hard on the ground and a few days ago it just started landing hard and then going back up without stopping. The error message came up as "F", which I thought meant Fail. It actually means Force. I called Alan today (Monday) and he stopped by in the afternoon. He then proceeded to take me through the programming of the opener and made sure that I knew what to do next time this happened. He also stayed to make sure the door was working properly. All this at NO cost to me three months after it was installed. I have used The Door House for openers and service/maintenance since I purchased this property 14 years ago and will continue to recommend and use them into the future.

I called The Door House company today to get a quote to replace my torsion spring on my garage. He was able to fit me in today and scheduled an appointment at 15:30. He showed up 15 minutes early, was very friendly and professional. The quote was reasonable and he was finished with in 40 minutes. He also noticed that my belt on my garage door was loose and he adjusted it for me at no cost. I also asked him about my Garage door not opening all the way during the winter and he adjusted that for me as well for no charge. I would recommend using The Door House to anyone! Thanks again for the affordable, prompt and friendly service.

I have been dealing with The Door House for many years now and have always been pleased with their prompt, professional and courteous service. Randall and Al are great to deal with and do very good work. While I typically like to do most things myself, I do like to leave the garage door work up to them as I know it will be done correctly. i'd recommend The Door House to anyone.
