Today Tip Top Tree Service removed two trees and several large branches from my propertyI could not have been more pleasedThey honored their commitmentThe staff was professional and friendlyThe clean up was thoroughMy property is so much improvedI would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone wanting great tree service at a fair price

I contacted Tip Top Tree Service to handle my needs and was thorougly impressed with not only their work and professionalism, but also their fair pricesI had some challenging trees in my yard which were compromising to the safety of my homeThe owner came out and discussed the issues and the safety issues of having these trees removedUpon discussing the pricing, owner gave an option of financing in the chance that price may be an issue, saying, I don't want your money, I want your businessI can tell you, I received a few estimates beforehand, and my families safety and well being was not emphasize emphasized emphasised to this degreeThe crew showed up on time and did a very good jobThey were very professionalI would definitely recommend this company to friends and neighbors

On Friday, June 23rd, an employee and [redacted] went to [redacted] in [redacted] to complete clean upThey spent a total of hours there and completed the jobPictures were taken before and afterHopefully, this was done in a satisfactory manner, and Mrs [redacted] feels that the contract was honored as written [redacted] called Mrs [redacted] later that evening to not only confirm that she observed the clean up but to also inform her to proceed through her yard with caution due to the fact that there were several breeds of snakes that the employee and [redacted] encountered while thereI extend apologies for the delay of completion, and wish Mrs [redacted] the best

Revdex.com spoke with the business regarding this caseAt this time the customer's is known to the business and they are working on getting this scheduled and it should be done in the next weeks for this customer

After 1/months I got the piece of the fence that they brokeIt is the wrong piece but I decided to take it anyway, because I do not want nothing to do with this companyThey lie to me and the Revdex.com, and now they want to fix my fenceThat show how guilty they are and they have the nerve to said my fence was already brokenThank you to the Revdex.com and [redacted] for the way you handle it this situation

Revdex.com spoke with the owner of the business, who stated that he had spoken with the customer about the damage to the pipe, and he offered to repair the pipe but was told by the customer it needed to be fixed by the CityHe stated that he informed the customer to send him the invoice once the work was completed and he would pay for it, but has not received an invoice to dateHe said that the yard issue he was also not made aware of, but stated that while fallen trees may leave indentations where they fall, he is not a landscaper and that would not be an issue he can addressHe said that he is willing to resolve the damage but requires an invoice be sent to him of the repair cost

The men from Tip Top Tree Service were awesome They completed the work I wanted done in a professional manner They were on time and worked diligently during the day, It was a big job that they accomplished in one day when they had thought it would take longer

In regards to complaint number *** against the Tip Top Tree Service, the issue has not been resolvedThe company did not complete their offer to resolve. They scheduled to have a "guy come out" at 11AM on Saturday and neither showed up or calledMy husband tried to reach them and again, his calls are left unansweredPlease advise as to what the next steps are in this process? They do not deserve an A rating on Revdex.com, if they do not do as they promised, repair damage they cause or treat their customers properlyI don't think it's an accurate representation of their business ethics at all.Thank you,*** ***

After contacting two other companies to get an estimate, neither of which showed up or bothered to call back, we called Tip Top and they gave us a free estimate the same day After seeing the job they deemed it a priority and fit us in as soon as possible while working around our scheduleIt was a difficult job to do but was done with precision and in a timely mannerThe owner and crew are genuinely good people that do outstanding work at an extremely fair priceWe would highly recommend this company!

I spoke with *** from the business and he stated that the customer of his had dead tree that the limbs of the tree were dropping and starting to damage the complainant's fenceNothing hit or added more damage to the fence during the tree removal and *** does not feel responsible for the
damage to the fence

Tip Top took down a tree in my yard that was close to my house as well as other flower beds/plantsThe owner and crew were all very professional, friendly and careful when cutting and dropping limbs so as not to damage any surrounding plants or other items They were doing such a good job in fact that my neighbor across the street came to talk with the owner and hired them on the spot to come over to his house after finishing with my tree and take down two of his trees!
