Terrible experience at savvi formal wear in maple grove MN, our wedding party started to get fitted for our tuxes 10 months ago, the tuxes were $196.00 dollar's. The tuxes didn't show up when they were garrenteed to show up and the store assistant manager said there's nothing that can be done. When the tuxes showed up 5 of the 7 tuxes were wrong, either wrong size wrong colors etc... And some didn't show up until the day before the wedding. Causing lots of stress that should not have happened for the wedding. When I asked what the company was going to do about the issue they said "nothing" the store said they can't take care of any issues and that we need to call there customer care center. I called the care center and they said they can't do anything either and they were sorry.this company savvi formal wear lies to its customers and has no integrity and won't make things right when they make mistakes. Very unprofessional and rude to the customer.

We have reached out and replied to our guest. There were many issues with this party and we are working with each person involved as well as the bride and groom. I want to apologize for the stress we have caused during this busy time. as of Monday late afternoon, we have refunded the guest in full as the mistakes that were made were our fault. We sincerely apologize for the issues.

I am rejecting this response because:

I was at the business for 2 hours. They refused to fix my under dress shirt because my neck was supposedly to big. The lady working was completely rude. From try on to check out we were there 2 hours. The was an awful experience. I know have to go buy a dress shirt that actually fits because they wont fix it.

We take customer issues extremely serious. We have reached out to Mr. about a complaint on the 20th of September and have a resolution with him. We also have reached out to him on the 29th of October via phone and email as we received the complaint from the Revdex.com, we are awaiting his reply. We did reach a resolution on the 20th of September via email with Mr., before we received the Revdex.com complaint (received on 10/21/19). We are following up to make sure that this resolution is satisfactory to the standards he is requesting.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The business said they would issue me a refund in September and the refund was issued at the end of October around the time the VP of the area reached out to me.

The Savvi representative we initially worked with at the Burnsville location apparently misrepresented the special they were running at the time we placed the order for our wedding. She said (and wrote down on the paper that we had) that we would receive 2 free suits with our paid order of 10 suits. We didn't need a 12th suit but she insisted we should take advantage of it since it was free. So my grandfather (who was traveling to MN for the wedding from AZ) got the 2nd free suit. The day before the wedding when he went to pick up his suit, they told him the rep made a mistake and that he needed to pay full price for the suit. He traveled here with nothing to wear to the wedding and had nothing else to wear so he was left with the choice of having to pay full price for the Savvi suit or go shopping (and hopefully find something that fit without tailoring) elsewhere. Everyone we spoke with about this issue refused to acknowledge that this was the company's mistake and simply fix the problem. We spent hours (the afternoon before our wedding) trying to resolve this issue with customer service both at the store and at corporate. Their customer service reps did not show an ounce of concern for the issue and were quite rude to us. This company has poor customer service and zero integrity to honor what their representatives tell you and give to you in writing. We also had issues with the fitting for most of the guys suits. Highly encourage you to take your business elsewhere!
