Hello [redacted] , The client clearly continues to abuse the system, he would not stop contacting and harassing our operator'sOur Company stands by original statement and our work the customer paid for a service the we provided and clearly we don't owe him anything elseOnly yesterday June [redacted] our office received a call from the client demanding his money back, what about our time for going to his home and to replace the broken parts should we ignore that? He paid for one broken head not six , he refuses as you can see in his original claim to pay for any additional repairs and our company can't go to anyone's home for free This is a case of a client who just want to take advantage of your system and our company Thank you, Sincerely

I am the person who is taking the loss Originally, I was told that a service person would be at my home on Wednesday June [redacted] @ 8:AM On this past Monday June ***, I received a call from the same lady; informing me that Automatic would no longer be servicing me And thenshe hung up the phone on me So, if they are not even willing to evaluate my complaint and see for themselves , then I guess that leaves me no choice but to sue for damages.I would like to request that you ask Automatic about this phone call Please ask if this is their way of getting back at meShame on themThey are Revdex.com accreditedThey should know better Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear *** ***, Please be advised that this is an insurance claim*** *** has been notified by our Attorney as well as our Insurance Adjuster that as soon as the claim is resolve that he will be notified of it's progressAutomatic understands that the client is a bit frustrated but
we are trying to resolve the issue in the most efficient way possibleUnfortunately there's nothing we can do since it's in hands of the insurance company. Hello *** ***, It's very unfortunate when you have someone like *** *** that tries to take advantage of our company , please see attached invoice for the service that was rendered on June *** *** *** called for service and said that the front sprinkler system was not
working, my tech fixed a break in the line and replaced a broken head and was charge for a service charge of $since *** *** has not used our services since *** *** paid for our service and our company provided the service to the best professional manner possible, I'm not quite sure why *** *** would want our company back on his property if he claims our work was horrible, meanwhile *** *** has been continuously, verbally abusive to the operators and my tech.He also claims that there's six heads on the system meanwhile only one was replaced ,he refuses to pay for additional services and repairs So not sure what his complaint is about? At this point Automatic Irrigation doesn't owe *** *** anything we did provide him with a service and it was paid and additional problems with the system it's up to *** *** if he chooses to get it repaired by another company . It's best both parties part way's . Thank you, Sincerely

Good morning,
According to our records [redacted], account as serviced on May [redacted] 2016 and was left a bill in the amount of $350.86 as of today the bill was not paid. [redacted] refuses to pay the invoice
and is verbally abusive to our phone operators and to our Technician's . At this point...

there's nothing that our company could do to satisfy [redacted], so therefore his account will be credited the unpaid invoice of $350.86 and will no longer do any business with [redacted].
