Review: Tipp roofing the business [redacted] Lic#[redacted] did a complete flat roof for me in 2008 and in writing a guarantee on the roof for 10 years. I have been calling [redacted] since the summer of this year 2014 to fix the roof because it is now leaking in my bedroom. During the summer he did speak with me and said he will come and take care of the problem. [redacted] never showed up. Now the leak is so bad I can't stay in my bedroom when it is raining. When I call, all I get is the answering machine and no call back from the company. I paid $1500.00 for the job in 2008 and would like to receive at least half of this money back because I now have to contract another company to repair my roof. The ###-###-#### and ###-###-#### I call are on the contract and business card. This is causing me a great deal of financial stress. I would like you to help me get this matter resolved please.Desired Settlement: I would like at least a half of what I paid since the roof was done in 2008 and it's now 2014. I understand the wear of the roof but I was given a guarantee for 10 years which is suppose to cover repair that I'm looking for.
