Issue with termination of lease agreement and charges for repairs to property
In December of I leased the property at Chavanne StApt Lake Charles , LaIn February of I gave notice that I would be relocating and also stated to the leasing agent that there were some damages to the propertyAt that time I was asked to leave the property but no eviction was formally doneAfter talking with the leasing agent I was allowed to stay until mid April of until my new residence was readyI was open with the agent about the interior doors that had holes in them and the hole in the sheet rock from a recliner hitting the wallFrom the time I left the property I have not heard from anyone in reference to the property until I received a call from Credit Services of SWLA inquiring about a payment that I needed to makeUnaware of what they were talking about I requested a copy of the bill in questionOn August 20th I received documents from Credit Services of SW
