Tipton & Sons Towing

On 4/5/2017, Tipton towing was referred to me by a MoDot worker who is associated with Tipton TowingWhile securing the vehicle for the tow, he caused extensive damage to the front bumper and fenders of my Roush MustangHe also caused extensive damage at the drop offI have video evidence of the situationWhen contacted, he stated that he will not assume liability for the incident; although it was his towing truck and improper handling that caused the damage

My family have used this towing company last month and during the transportation they damaged the front bumper.We contacted the owner and explained the situation and he refused to fix the bumper.If you ever need towing services do not use this company

I asked this business to tow my Cadillac Deville sedan to a local mechanic shopWhen the vehicle was returned to me it had damageThe passenger side bumper and quarter panel in the front of the vehicle right above the light was dentedI brought it to the attention of the mechanic firstThe mechanic shop's policy is to take a picture of your vehicle when it arrives and the mechanic has proof that the damage was on the vehicle when it arrivedI brought the issue up to the tow shop and he blamed it on one of his drivers but I it turns out that the son of one of the tow guys towed my vehicleHe is the one that damaged my vehicleI did not pay his son to do the work I paid him

I was attending the carnival in Florissant on 5/5/I parked on Church's chicken parking lot in Lindbergh, there weren't any signs stating you couldn't park there or that your car would be towedI come out of the carnival and my car is goneI went inside Church's and a manager told me that they contacted Florissant Police Department and they said they can tow the cars because they can't reach owners of the carsFlorissant was never contactedI got the info of the tow yard and they were all the way in North CityI called the company number and he told me the only way I could get my car out that day was to pay storage fees til Monday on my carI head down there, my car is still on you truckI encountered another lady before leaving churchs and she said they towed her car as well and I told her that tow company owner saidThe tow company owner charged me $to get my car out the same day$for hook up, $per day totalling $150(which I got my car out the same day), $

In response to the above, please note:Per our records and after discussion with driver, who has over 30 years of experience, it was determined the vehicle was towed on April 5, 2017 with extreme care and caution.  It was delivered to the specified destination and was accepted without grievance...

by the owner and the service department.Four weeks later, on May 2, 2017, our office was contacted by the claimant with allegations of damage.  Due to the lapse of time between delivery of the vehicle and the time of complaint, coupled with the unblemished record of the driver, we cannot give credence to this claim.Therefore, under the circumstances, we accept no liability in this dispute.
