Review: I purchased tickets to the Chicago Blackhawks home game #3 of the 2015 Stanley Cup finals and was issued tickets to the Blackhawks home game #3 for the Western Conference finals (these occur prior to the Stanley Cup Finals). After contacting the company over a dozen time they are refusing to honor my original sale and state that it was a "glitch" which should have not happened.I can provide screenshots from the entire checkout process as well as an email showing that I should receive two tickets to the Chicago Blackhawks home game #3 of the 2015 Stanley Cup finals.Desired Settlement: I would like the original tickets I purchased OR tickets in a similar section and row for the same event OR a discount for a future purchase from their website for an equivalent amount (which would be 50% off)
