Review: If this is the Tirana Roofing that was located in [redacted] I called for a leak in my roof. He had originally did this roof for the previous owner. He indicated he could patch it, but I need a new roof. So I hired him to replace the roof.

He claimed it was the best material and would last for 20 years. The spot that had the continual leak continued. He did come on several occasions and finally on one rainy day he came and did something and the leak stopped for a few months. However, prior to this he had opened up the ceiling in the room where the link is to see if he could find out its origin.

Subsequently I had another person look a the roof for the leak and he did something that stopped the link for about a year. I paid him for that and for fixing the ceiling that Tirana had destroyed $450.

Now I have several links in various places on my roof. I have had two individuals check the roof and the shingles that he placed seen to be okay, but for my flat roof he covered rotten wood with substandard material. The roof is bubbled and I have several rooms with water damage. I have been back to his garage in [redacted] and saw him three times for each occasion he has said he would come that day in the afternoon. He has never come. Another time there was someone there and I asked for his phone number. (The phone number you have listed is a school and the phone number he has listed does not answer.) The person called him and he told him not to give me his cell phone number and again he would be back in the afternoon of that day. He has never been here. I presently need to have my flat roof redone. When I told him he left rotten wood he indicated that would be a more expensive job. However, he never told me originally that the wood was rotten and needed to be replaced.Desired Settlement: Since he has not responded to his promised visit and now I know his work is inferior I would want reimbursement of the money I paid him. It will cost me almost as much as I paid him to repair the roof. I have already laid out $450. Since the shingles seem to be adequate I would want $2000. from him which is not covering the costs I have to pay for the roof and the fixing of the rooms where the leaks have come through while I was waiting for him to return...If I was to ask him for all the money that it is costing him because of his inferior job it would be over $5000. I also do not want anyone else to be taken in by this man.

Again I want to be certain it is the individual who has a place in [redacted] and has used the name Tirana Roofing. I do not want to unjustly accuse someone who is innocent.
