Tire Barn

I'm not happy with this kind of service when I pay over $1200.00 for tires
Ordered 4 new tires ,asked them to check spare and told them I was take old tire with me. I watched as they work on it, noticed they never checked my spare and they were putting my old tire someplace in back.
At check out I asked if they check my spare tire and he said yes he crawled under there him self( Witch was a lie). So I asked him how he check it when its in the back under tire cover. (caught in the act). Then I asked about my old tires because he was charging my for disposal when I told them I was taking them with me.
They need to listen customers and make sure they do all of there job.

 They have done nothing. The report they sent was not signed by me because it was a lie . They told me my warranty was no good. I called the main office and they can verify my complaint. This company in Newcastle needs to be stopped before they injure more folks.

The system was not properly calibrated by the associates during previous visits, guest brought this to my attention on his 4th visit and I was able to resolve the issue immediately. No further action required.

Bent over backwards to make me happy. Good seller. Of course, In addition, when I meet some problems, I contact with them instead of leaving a negative thoughts I believe spare no efforts to help you to solve them. Thank you
