Paid over $1000 front end repair 5 months later doing same thingtook it back and they say it's the rear refuse to make good. This has happened twiceWas told need front end work paid over $1000worked for 5 months and now doing same thing only this time they say it's the rearI feel it's the front end again but they won't honor warrantyI asked to take truck down and they still want to keep test driving but swear it's the rear this timegetting second opinion but FYI my wife took out van to get brakes and had to go back 2 times before finally done right. Why can't they ever fix things right the first timeit's takes more $ to get new customers than to keep loyal customersDesired SettlementJust would like the front end done again correctly and not have to keep coming backwill let everyone know not to come here because I feel they are not honestshould have read the other Revdex.com complaints priorBusiness Response /[redacted]/"Vehicle History"( Mr.[redacted] complined of grinding /whineing noise January 2014..... had the front bearings replaced and also had front end parts replaced by Tirecountry January 2014.)( After the front end parts were replaced in January Mr.[redacted] stated that the noise stopped...we felt we had addressed the problem .)............ June/27/2014 around 7:30 to 9 AM..Mr. [redacted] drove his truck to tirecountry.....He described a noise coming from his truck and asked us to identify the noise and what was causing it. Mr. [redacted] took a test ride with a shop foreman ...then took a second test ride with a ASE certified tech......................... Mr.[redacted] felt that maybe the repairs done in January were faulty. The ASE Mechanic checked the front end and test drove the vehicle again....there was no noise coming from the front [redacted] was in vehicle when the test rides occurred. Upon further examination it was found that the vehicles rear end was making the noise he described..we examined the rear end and found it had no fluid... the mechanic showed [redacted] the affected area and as a courtesy we refilled all the fluid that had leaked out at no charge [redacted] seem to understand that the problem was not with the work that was done in January but this was a new problem that had arisen since January. He chose to wait for a repair as he wanted to pay off the repairs he had financed in January first. I offered to have him come back every month and let me check the fluid and refill as needed as to minumize any damage to unlubricated parts until he could repair the damaged area. He seemed appreciative and we shook hands he said thank you and also thanked the mechanic.[redacted] was also explained that a vehicle with 150,000 miles on it will start to deteriate..examples being the front bearings ..front end parts... rear end gaskets..or any gaskets ....tires..brakes ect.. the wear and tear of any vehicle requires these things be repaired or replaced.Unfortunatly these things seem to happen in succession. As far as honoring a warranty we stand ready to warranty anything that requires a warranty....We are a Goodyear Store ...Our work is honored at any Goodyear store in the USA and Canada. Thank You, [redacted]

On 15 apr 16 I recently went to a Tire USA where I spoke with [redacted] a representative and told him about the issue that I was experiencing with my steering[redacted] said they would take a look at it and they did. they said there was a leak and repairing it would fix the problem. So I said ok fix the issue, they worked on it completed the repair it still did not resolve the issue. I later called the store on the following tuesday and told them my issue and [redacted] a repersentative there told me in a loud and aggressively hostile manner it was my fault for not specifying the issue. He then said I was a liar and I dont know what I am talking about.Desired SettlementAll I want is my vehicle to operate safely Business Response Customer came in told [redacted] he had a power steering [redacted] had car pulled in.. mechanic checked car and confirmed his diagnosis. Customer said he didn't have time to fix his car that day but could bring it back the following week. Fast forward Monday..Customer comes into Tires USA and speaks to ([redacted])...informs [redacted] of leak and tells him he wants it repaired. There was a power steering line that was leaking...it was repaired.Customer calls back says he has other problems with vehicle. [redacted] told him he should have dealership check it out because there may be a recall on the problem and he could get it fixed for free. Customer says thank you and hangs up.Forward to Wednesday..Me responding to complaint ....I would love to repair Mr.[redacted] vehicle ..thats what I've done for 37 years...I don't understand why any sales rep would turn away business. Just let me know when and I'll take care of this problem and if I can't I'll find someone who can.Sincerely [redacted]

I purchased 20' Chrome rims from this dealer and in less than six months the rims have peeled. Dealer refuses to exchange rims for the same size.On May 14, 2015 at 5:29 pm I purchased 4 20 inch Chrome rims with tires, rim model #NAU 20x8.5 6x5.5 VXXXXXXXX CHROME 6x139.7 +V Line for the listed price of 230.00 a piece from Tires USA/ Tire Country located on 311 Western Blvd in Jacksonville, NC. ON Monday September 21, 2015 at 1000am I called the sales associate ([redacted]) who sold me the rims to inform him that upon examining my rims while washing my truck on Sunday September 20, 2015 that the "CHROME" on all 4 rims were peeling off and I asked why would the CHROME be peeling off of my rims when real CHROME does not peel? I was told to bring the truck back in so that he([redacted]) could look at the rims and determine what to do next. On Monday September 21, 2015 at 230pm I arrived at Tires USA to let [redacted] inspect the rims, upon arrival [redacted] drove my vehicle into the auto bay to take pictures that he said he would need to show the "Distributer" whom after being lied to and deceived by [redacted] as to who this distributer was, it turned out that Tires USA was also a part of Tire Country and had the same General Manager who I soon learned was [redacted]. I was told by [redacted] that he would call me back on September 22, 2015 after speaking with the "distributer" in regards to the defective rims. I waited for [redacted] to call me the morning of September 22, 2015 but he never did so by 1100am I called him only to find out that he was still awaiting instructions from his "Distributer" On September 23, 2015 I called [redacted] again to find out what was holding up the remedy to my complaint and I was informed that the pictures and purchase invoice had ben turned over to the "Distributer" and he was still waiting for instructions. On September 24, 2015 after calling [redacted] in the morning nearing 1100am I was informed that the now identified General Manager, [redacted] wanted me to call him at phone # XXX-XXX-XXXX. I called immediately and [redacted] was not available at that time. I called [redacted] back immediately after the unsuccessful attempt to reach this General Manager and was told that [redacted] was trying to call me as well so I was told by [redacted] that [redacted] wanted me to call him now on his personal cell phone # XXX-XXX-XXXX so I called him at once. [redacted] informed me that the rims I purchased were discontinued and that the maker of the rims provided a defective product to them. [redacted] went on to offer me replacement rims, which he provided a picture which he texted to my cell phone, [redacted] also went on to offer me new tires, at this point I was really confident that I would receive an excellent replacement BUT [redacted] informed me that because the rims that he was offering me were already in his store I would have to take them at a size of 17inches. This is where the problem arose, I purchased 20inch rims and was told by the sales associate that they were CHROME and would not DULL but not only did they DULL they peeled made for not only anupsetting situation but embarrassment. During the conversation with [redacted] on September 24, 2015 I was spoken to with aggression as well as intimidation by [redacted] who gave me no other options besides accepting the 17inch Panther Realm rims which are as he specified CHROME PLATED, again not what I originally purchased. On May 14, 2015 I paid a total of 1638.00 via Visa card for CHROME rims in size20 inches, not 17inches. Upon talking to [redacted] on September 24, 2015 I informed him that I would take the replacement rims/tires but only in the size that I originally purchased and at that point in the conversation he bacame aggressive and rude towards me. I am very disappointed in the service provided by this company and will be advising Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune's dept of fraud as to the practices exercised by this establishment with the intention of havig this business placed on the restriction list for military personel. From the very beginning of my sales experience I was deceived and lied to in order for them to make a sale and all I want is for them make it rightDesired SettlementI want Tires USA/ Tire Country to replace the defective / fraudulant 20 inch rims with 20 inch rims of equal value, im not interested in gaining anything furter. I want Tires USA/ Tire Country to just be fair and exchange the peeling, fake 20inch rims with a rim that is of equal size and CHROME because thats what I was told I was purchasing by [redacted] of Tires USA.The rims purchased on May 14, 2015 having been discontinued is not my fault nor is it my fault that the company did not have 20 inch rims in the replacement size that was offered, I do believe that the company has the ability to acquire rims that would be an acceptable and fair replacement.Business Response /[redacted]/ We've had a set of 20 inch chrome replacement rims waiting for her to come pick up ....for some reason she don't understand ....she continues to complain ....she's been told this by management at both locations ....would you please let her know that the wheels have been here for two weeks .....we would like to resolve this and move on .Consumer Response /[redacted]/On September 30, 2015 I replied to [redacted] of Tire Country and was advised that he had 20' rims waiting in the store for me, with this being the FIRST time 20' rims having been offered a time and date of October 1, 2015 @ 1400 was set for me to take my vehicle for the rim replacement however on October 1 , 2015 I received a text from [redacted]/ Tire Country informing me that he would be unavailable on this date to complete the installation and that I should come on October 2, 2015 at my convience to complete the exchange so at this point I will do as [redacted] has asked and go to Tire Country on October 2, 2015 for the excahnge but as of now October 1, 2015 at 1550 this complaint has NOT been resolved. Final Consumer Response /[redacted]/

Shop installed new suspension on all 4 corners. Car never drove correct after install. In January 2014 I walked I to tire country, with walking out after paying 900 for new suspicion parts for all 4 corners. 3 weeks later I drop the car off for install. After 3 days I picked up car completed. The next 3 months I made 9 trips to have the car looked at. Car was pulling and starting wheel shakes. One trip they rebalance the tire, next said to go to dealer for alignment witch I did. Next they tire country said it was a bad strut they installed. Next was a strut mount they replaced mount but only on one side. Then next trip they said there was a bad tierod.. Then the last time it was a loss sway bar bold. When I got home there via grips were still attacked to my car. Called and told manager and owner who I just got done talking with. The whole time the car has driven like [redacted] and just not felt correct. Today I took it into a tire shop and informed me that the back sup is brand name kyb. The front how ever is two different brand name. With have 3 bar and names being the problem.Desired SettlementI would like tire country to install 2 new struts with new months on front. With being kyb brand name to match the rear. I could understand not being kyb, but the car need 2 front struts being the same name, installed at same time, with one new mount to match the one new currently installed. I will be stoping in to tire country on Monday.Business Response /[redacted]/need more info. call XXXXXXXXXX. ask for [redacted].
