To whom it may concerni verbally called [redacted] and try to explain the situation about a week ago, I am now email to "reply in writing" ask I was recommended to do socalim number is [redacted] aka customer *** [redacted] enter our business and ask for tires, he was unable to pay for them then and there, so financial options were discussed and he chose a leasing optionwe provided the contract for electronic signature, provided a copy of the signed contract, and as a third precaution for customers who may like in this situant make claims, he "***" called finance company and agreed to the amounts listed on contractthere is video of [redacted] recieving contract since no money was paid to american wheel and tire there is no refund availablewhat will happen is he will owe a lessor amount than was agreed on his contract as a courtesy to his claims that his wife was upset at him for purchase, he will also not be required to pay the $down payment as listed in contract the claim recieved has many statementsbased on pricing errors and thats okwe know he has copy of contract but have since our initial conversation instore ,given him teh cortesy of canceling for a lessor amount and waiving the cancelation feesit is asked that this complaint be removed or dismissedcopy of
