On Wednesday, June 15, I took my car to Tire Depot in District Heights, Maryland to have my tires inspected because of a "Low Tire" indicator lightThe technician inspected my car and identified my rear right tire as the problem and informed me that there was a nail lodged in the tread causing a slow leakI had purchased this tire from Tire Depot weeks prior to this incident so the technician assured me that it was in good condition and only needed to be patched after the nail removalI have patronized this business for over years so naturally I trusted the technician's advice and allowed the repair to be doneA few hours after the repair, I left my home and entered the highway on my way to my destination I lost control of my vehicle and ended up coming to a rest in a small ditch along side the beltwayMoments later, I was assisted out of my car by a MDOT Highway Safety Patrol officer and to my dismay I found that my right rear tire had come off my car while driving and
