[redacted] I bought a set advertised as great condition, 70% tread left, and no plugsWhen I got them home I found a nail in tire and once I was out of the dark shop I could see of the tires were basically baldI also had to wait at the guys shop for minutes because he forgot about our appointment [redacted]

I purchased tires from ***, of which were installed right awayWhen I got the other home, I noticed that they each had a hole ***I proceeded to contact him several times by phone as well as in person and every time he told me that he will get new ones in weeks*** The last time he told me to show up at his shop for a refund, he gave me a specific time, I came and the shop was closedHe also neglected to answer his phoneI had called him about other times before this and every time he said he would call me back and did notIt has now been over months and I'm still waitingI sent him a letter saying that he has weeks to mail me a cheque for a refund ***, I need good tires ***
