Review: was quoted a price to purchase 4 new all season hercules all touring tires for my car. after I left, I stopped for gas and noticed that I was given an unfamiliar brand of tires (not the ones I was told I was purchasing)! called immmed. and was told I could come back if I wanted and that the reason I wasn't given the correct tires was that they weren't in (i had an appt that was made days in advance to ensure they would have time to get the correct tires). went back, tires were switched. next day low pressure sensor light was on. drivers side rear was down to 20 ! called and was told come back. left after being told it was fixed only to experience the same issue. 4 trips down and now we see a sign on the door saying their license is suspended by the DMV! I want a full refund so I can go buy winter tires somewhere else!! I have given all my money to these creeps!

You find out the character of a person or a company , not when everything is rosy, but when there are problems and complaints, and the manner they are handled. We made a mistake on the tire brand and we corrected it quickly changing out the tires we originally installed ( which by the way had 5000 miles more in warranty ) to the one that was ordered which should have been put on . we also agree that there was a low pressure issue which we tried to find.........the end result being that the actual cause was the customers faulty sensor which we did not install and was part of their existing rim. Professionals will agree that at times it may be the most tricky problem to find. The customer came back twice after tires were exchanged and their faulty sensor was fixed. They were given 20 dollars for gas the first time and another 50 dollars for their trouble the second time when it was fixed. As far as the DMV sign it had nothing to do with the business of tires but concerned only service as posted and was due to a paper formality. We always stand behind our work as we did in this circumstance and we let the consumers judge the character of our company that persevered for the customer, or the character of a customer that resorts to name calling after being compensated and the problem being rectified.

Review: On May 19,2015 I spoke with Tire Express in regards to getting tires put onto my car, due to an issue I was having with my rear driver side tire. I spoke to the owner and one of his lead techs. I was quoted the price of $120.00 plus tax for two used tires for the rear of my car. I then asked what would the cost be if I replaced all of them. He went in to the back and came out and told me if I decide to get for the price would be $350.00 plus tax. I told him that I was unable to pay for all four tires today and to only replace the rear tires per the original price of $120.00 plus tax. I told him that I maybe able to pay for the other two tires Friday May 22,2015 and is there a chance they would be there. The owner stated that they couldn't make any promises and that a deposit would be needed to hold the tires bring the price to $200.00 and $172.22 on Friday. When Friday came I was unable to get the other two tires so I asked for a refund on my deposit, which would have been $120.00 plus tax for the rear tires minus from the $200.00 I paid on the 19th. I was then told by the owner and the front desk clerk that the tires put on my car on the 19th weren't the tires for the quoted price of $120.00 plus tax. Instead they took the price of $350.00 and divide by four and charge me 87.50 plus tax for each tire. I tired to explain that wasn't the agreement and I was told that because I was given better tires I had to either give them an hour to remove the one they gave me for cheaper tires or except the refund after the new price was added. I decide to take the refund difference of 13.00 instead of allowing them touch and possible mess up my vehicle on purpose. The service I received was rude and unfair especially when I refused to sign their new terms and paperwork for the changed price. The desired outcome for me would be a refund based on the original agreement, seeing that my car now has different tire brands and sizes.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome for me would be a refund based on the original agreement, seeing that my car now has different tire brands and sizes.

On, May 19, 2015, Mrs. [redacted] came to us needing used tires and a noise coming from her left rear tires. We found a bolt in her tire, which was one of the tires she wanted changed. She had 18" wheels on her car, which are very expensive new. She and I discussed 2 used tires for $120.00 plus tax. She agreed. I went to pull her tires and found a beautiful set of high tread used [redacted] tires we just purchased; that new would cost over $800.00. I came back in and sat down with her, and explained that she really needed 4 tires, and she could buy these 4 used [redacted] tires for $350.00 +tax. Which would last much longer. She said she would like them, but could only afford 2 that day; but she would come back on Friday the 22th. We agreed and wrote up her invoice, (copy enclosed), showing the terms of the agreement, and I would hold the other 2 for her.Note the invoice, where she wrote her own name and address down and we describe the complete agreement.(I assume she sent you a copy of her invoice?)She and I had NO MISUNDERSTANDING! Everyone leaves Tire ExpressLLC happy. And She left very happy. Then on Fri. 22th. when she failed to show up for her 10am appointment, [redacted] called her and she said she had family issues; and she didn't want the other 2 and she only wanted to pay $120.00 for the 2 she already bought. She came in with her mother later that morning, and was somewhat agitated and accused us of not explaining to her that we were putting on better tires on her car.I offered to take the original [redacted] off her car and put the lower treaded tires on and refund the $55.00 differencebetween the tires. She refused.PS: This whole scenario is on video tape. Showing everything as just described. We're still willing to swap her tires out for a refund of the difference.Sincerely,[redacted], ownerTireExpressLLC
