On October 11th I went to Tire Extravaganza to purchase a tireAccording to the advertisement on the building all tires, any size was $When I inquired on a tire I was told that there was an additional $to install tires purchased at this locationI agreed due to the issue with my tire and purchased a R195/tire for my Grand Caravan van On October 12th my son noticed that the tire purchased was lowHe attempted to put air in the tire but could hear air seeping from the inside of the tire The tire was removed and taken back to the company for a replacement but a replacement was refusedMy son was told that another tire could be purchased instead I than elected to purchase another tire from another tire shop Product_Or_Service: tire

Tire Extravaganza is a major Rip-Off! It is the supreme example of why you don't want to support BLACK OWNED BUSINESS! It's a shame that you can't trust your own people to simply do what's rightThese young men could have a good thing going but they think too smallI asked for the price of patching a tire and was charged$That was fineBut he plugged the tire, which is not what I asked him to do, and still charged $ When I complained, he lied about where the nail was try I g to convince me that the placement of the nail made it impossible to patchHe was so busy lying that he didn't realize they had already shown me the nail in the middle of the tire in the treadThey ate lying cheatsDo not go to Tire Extravaganza!

This place sells bad tiresI got my tire changed and pulled off the parking lot to my new tire thumpingI immediately turn back into their lot and not only is the tire leaking air, the tire wasn't the correct sizeThey refused to change to the correct tire, stating their shipment comes at three and to come backProblem is, I have to be at workThey refused to refund my money or even give me my old tire
