Review: Had 4 tires replaced a 2015 Cadillac CTS V, while mounting the tires they ruined the finish using sand paper on the clear coat of my rims. Every rim has bad visible damage to clear coat and scratch markings from the tools used and sand paper used to mount and balance rims.

I tried to reason with the owner and he said the damage to the outside of my rims were already there from before I brought the car in. Additionally he took responsibility for the sand paper damage, but said its normal to do this. I've spoken with no less than 3 tire shops and they all confirm this is not the way to remove the adheivese balance weights.

I have pictures of my rims in perfect condition before work was started. All four rims had the same markings. The rims cost $2000 this is totally unacceptable.

Even worse is that I spoke with the owner before having him preform work and he assured me that nothing would happen to my rims and that his shop takes pride in working on everything from [redacted]

I want nothing more than the shop to stand behind their promise not to damage my rims. Since they damaged them in their shop I expect them to make it right and have the rims repaired.Desired Settlement: I would like the business to stand behind their promise and have the rims repaired. I will get several estimates to be fair. I just ask that they keep their intended promise to me and fix what they damaged in the process of installation.

Please note that [redacted] came to Tire Farm on 11/24/15 to purchase four tires. At the time of installation of the tires, [redacted] was standing with the tire mounter to watch the installation of the tires.
