I always seek to support local businessesUnfortunately, when it comes to the "Tire Guys" in Farmington NH, there is little "support" in returnI recently bought new tires, and just a few weeks later, one tire fell off on my way home from work! Luckily, I chose the back roads rather than the freeway, or the damage to my vehicle, myself, or someone else could have been monumentalAfter I retrieved my tire and was able to get it back on the road with the help of a nearby friend, I slowly drove it to a shop for necessary repairsI stopped into the Tire Guys on my way to work the following morning and explained what happened very calmly and respectfully, only to be ridiculed and criticized by the ownerHe immediately said "I can only offer you an apology and what do you expect, for us to follow you around and tighten your frigginâ lug nuts before you go to work everyday?â Are you kidding me!! I only expect you to do the job right the first time, and take responsibility for your carelessness and unprofessional, amateur mistakesHe then proceeded to say the same bit about offering an apology a second time, but ended the sentence in, "Go right ahead and get an attorney, many have tried before and they always lose, you wont win." I was done listening to this fool at that point, and decided to walk away before I was insulted a third timeOn a funnier note, the first guy who stopped to see if I was ok said, [redacted] Did u go to the Tire Guys? Ha-ha, that's the second time Iâ ve seen that happen!â I couldnâ t believe it but after the lawyer comments, it sounds consistentAll in all, I'm very lucky for the lack of injury or a totaled vehicleI'm very unlucky in my choice to support this [redacted] Live, learn, and share on social media!
