Tire King Reviews (1)

Review: On the date of September 5, 2014, I took my 2011 [redacted] Rdx to Tire King at [redacted] in Sussex, New Jersey 07461. I purchased 4 [redacted] RT 43 tires from the owner [redacted], tires are 235/55/R18. I asked if I needed and alignment before the new tires were installed. [redacted] the alignment technician said [redacted] rarely go out of alignment. [redacted] the alignment technician told me I will hook it to the alignment machine and let me know if I need and alignment. My [redacted] was charged $101.07 dollars without my consent before the work was performed. [redacted] the owners son said my car was not out of alignment, but I was charged anyway for unnecessary work. I was supposed to be notified before my credit card was charged, Tire King neglected to notify me until after the work was performed with the tire alignment. The price of the 4 [redacted] RT 43 tires were $669.82 totaling $770.89 with the unnecessary tire alignment charged to my credit card. I drove out of Tire King and immediately noticed the car pulling hard to one side of the road. I immediately called [redacted] who told me I had a radial pull, and asked me if I could come back and they will rotate the tires. I drove out of Tire King and the car was pulling hard to the opposite side. I called [redacted] on the phone again, Tire King employees again rotated my tires only to have me drive off and again the car is pulling to one side of the road. I have been back to tire king now 5 times and they keep rotating the tires only to get the same results. I did some research and found out the problems I am experiencing is Tire Conicity which is a defect in my tires. I was sold defected tires from [redacted] of Tire King who continues to rotate the tires on my vehicle and keeps getting the same results pulling to the one side. "Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." - [redacted]. Saturday 9/13/14 I went to Tire King and spoke with [redacted] the owners son, I informed him I want to end business with Tire King and to put my old tires back on the car, [redacted] stated my tires were thrown away. He then said they were too busy to fix my car and I needed to make and appointment like everybody else. I stated I work 2 hours away from Tire King and cannot take off from my job, I am and Essential Employee and have to be at work everyday for emergency situations, that's what the [redacted] decides. I feel driving on known defected tires that Tire King is aware of puts my life in danger. If I take my hands off the wheel for any reason, I can crash my car into the side of the road and die. I wish to terminate my business with Tire King and bring my car to a professional shop that I feel comfortable with and know my safety wont be in jeopardy.Desired Settlement: I want my old tires put back on my car and terminate business with this establishment.
