Mr*** rented equipment from our company starting in 2013. Since the time of the initial install, Mr *** account has never been paid current. In fact, at times he has carried a balance of over $dollars for equipment that rents for $19-$36/month.We have no record of Mr
*** ever calling here for repair service on the rental equipment as he has indicated in his complaint. In fact, the only contact we have (other than minor adjustment immediately following the original installation) is the lengthy record of phone calls and notes relating to the delinquent payment history on this account. Furthermore, we have continuously sent out monthly bills. We make multiple collection phone calls and even send out final notices asking to remove the equipment and even warning of attorney collection action before we take said action. When the calls are not returned and multiple payment promises not kept, we are left no alternative. It is only then that we turn the account over to our attorney for collection and seek removal and payment for delinquent rental. We took this final collection step in April 2015.Once we have turned an account over to our attorney for legal action, we are advised to terminate our business relationship with the client and remove the equipment from the home. Once at our attorney, an arrangement was made with Mr*** and/or his attorney to have the equipment removed from his home. We did remove the equipment from the home last week and our service technician, who has been an our employee for over 8+ years, assured me that not only did he not cause any damage, there was not any damage when he left the home.Upon this internal investigation and in light of the all the circumstances surrounding this account and it's delinquent history, I feel that all of Mr*** claims are questionable at best and we find them to be invalid and without further merit.Thank you for your time and if you need anything further, please let me know.Sincerely,Steve M***Soft Water, Inc.Since
