Had my Tires replaced Balanced and the whole deal In and out in great times

First, a simple oil change at the tire kingdom in Apopka, FL took over two hoursSecond, the staff managed to loose the KEY to my ignition, taking another minutes to find itFinally, rude staff LOST the hub cap to my rim and has yet to find itGeneral manager [redacted] and store manager [redacted] were extremely rude and did not seem to care that their staff LOST my hub capGeneral manager [redacted] said to me that "I do not need your business" illustrating the poor moral and customer services that plagues this store

Tire Kingdom, XXXXX [redacted] FL XXXXX I bought a set of tires for my Toyota Camry in with a 60,mile warranty at the above Tire KingdomThey now have 20,miles on them I suffered a front flat tire months ago Took it in and had it patched From then on the car has pulled to the side I have been back times to address the problem Tire Kingdom continues to say it is not the tire The car has been aligned and that is not the problem The technician there told me it was "radial pull" that is causing the problem Finally Tire Kingdom moved the tire to the back to hide the pulling of that tire Last night I returned from Atlanta and during a stop part-way the tire looked low I checked it and it had pounds of pressure in it The other tires were fine This was at midnight on I- Low tires often overheat and can blow out Tire Kingdom put my life in danger with their failure to acknowledge my valid complaint that this tire was defective following the flat They have had opportunities to address the problem but continue to disavow that this tire should have been replaced on my second visit

I had a bad time at tire kingdom and will never return again now that I had my oil changed there my motor is knocking very hard and that leaves me with no car thanks to tire kingdom

I was sold a Cooper Lifeliner tire by a Florida Tire KingdomRight away the tire felt defective but I did not want to run back and make a issue of it, besides I am very busy working 60+ hours a weekAfter one year I returned for a brake job and the tire was so beat up it could not be rotated to the front, the tech said I had a bad strutmiles later I returned and said please remove tire and I want to buy a new one, no worriesBoth of the low level employees in the shop said " This tire was defective" no question, so I asked for it to be looked at by the night Manager for a possible refund by CooperHe walked out and made both of the techs take back what they said and told me my car had a bad strutHe said it was a bad strut solely because it was original equipment and the car has plus milesI disagreed and we parted ways, the new tire I purchased is handling perfectlyNothing like a know - it - all manager who brow beats underlings to save some warranty issuesDone !

While NTB was responsive in rounding up the tires I needed, their free brake check appears to be simply a scam to prey on unaware customersYour free brake check declared that my car needed from brake pads and rotors My mechanic verified that I would not need brake pads or rotors for another 30,miles Plus your "deal" was the same price as lifetime brakes and rotors from the dealership!!!!

I called the store, knew exactly what I wanted from their website & made arrangements to have new tires put on my daughter's car the next day When my wife and daughter went in the next day to have the work done, they were told the tires were not in stock, but had better, more expensive tires in stock Then when they got the bill, it was another $+ tax HIGHER They said the deal was only valid if we added an alignment...like they were just supposed to know that! When I called to discuss the matter, I was told the personal with whom I originally spoke was the manager & each time I tried to call him, he was never available Hmm Very disappointed with those kinds of business practices! Especially in a small suburb with many other options BE HIGHLY AWARE when dealing with these folks!

I took my Honda Pilot for new brakes and to even the rotersSpent well over $and had to take the car back more than times after the job was "done"The breaks would kick back up, the wheel was shaking, my car was not like this when I took it in They ended up fixing it on the 5th visit, but they were rude, upset to see me againI just wanted my vehicle and paid job to be done correctly They gave me a card for a free oil change that the manager approved for all my troublesWhen I went back to get my oil change the card was not accepted since the guy did not work there anymoreThe manager turned it downJust a horrible place to do business, they are rude, deceitful and unpleasant all aroundGo anywhere else!

This company is a joke! First of all, it needs to be mentioned that they get commission, so they will try to make as much money off you as possible and it's a kindness to say their customer service is poorIn fact is is absolutely non-existentThey refuse to actually help you or do anything to fix your situationAnd if you call their customer service line, they'll take your complaint and tell you they will call you back in hoursThey never doIn fact, it will be about months of chasing on your part to get anyone to take you seriouslyAvoid them and go to a local business or somewhere who doesn't treat you like you're just a few bucks to be made

Took car for simple oil job - special coupon for $19.99. When called I was told I needed alignment. I agreed with the fact that car needed alignment. I asked how much. Was told for a 6mth guarantee alignment it would be $69.99 and for $20 more it would be a one year guarantee. I told employee I would get back to him in 2 minutes - wanted to run info by husband. Called back 5 minutes later and agreed to one year. When husband went to pick up car the cost for alignment was $124.99 minus a $20 credit for the alignment. When questioned about difference in price, he was told that I was mistaken as to price. This is not correct. I repeated what I was told to my husband no more than 3 minutes after I heard the price. I feel I was cheated. I have called for the manager to call me back and have not heard from him.

This repair shop is a complete sham. They lured my wife an son in with pricing for $180 front brakes. Against my advice, they took the car to this shop to get the brakes repaired. The shop came back with $3300 worth of repairs that, including axles, cv axles, brake lines, brake calipers, rotors, pads.... The list is too long to share, but I told them I just wanted the brakes replaced, and they came back with a $750 estimate, stating that the front calipers were locked up and that the front and rear rotors needed to be replaced. I knew this was not true, so I had them put the car back together. I took the car to a trusted mechanic and got the brakes done with new tires for $600 out the door. The brake calipers were NOT locked up, as stated, and there was nothing wrong with the rear rotors or brake lines. I would avoid this shop and it's manager, [redacted] at all costs. He preys on unknowing women and young drivers in an attempt to defraud them of their hard earned money.

I went to Merchants Tire & Auto [redacted] I went there to get my rear wheel bearings replacedIt took them all day to call me back to tell me I can pick my truck up because they can't fix itAfter I picked it up my rear brakes and ABS systems are not functioning properlyI return to tell them, only to be told they can't fix it because they did not have the proper tools to take it apart in the first place and that I need to see a dealerAll in all, I left with more problems than I showed up with

Paid for an oil change and tire rotationMarked my driver side front wheel with an 'X' in sharpie, picked the car up and that same tire was in the front driver side wheel (they didn't rotate them) and the mechanic called me a liarStore manager won't call backSeem to try their hardest to give the bait and switch and they think I'd come back for a $estimate to get something else fixed? YEAH RIGHT, maybe if they could rotate a set of tires

In August 2016, my wife's car stopped running while she was driving on the highwayAlmost getting hit, she was lucky enough to have someone stop and help push her to the sideWe have had good experiences with NTB in the past and they were the closest place for her to get towed toThe tow truck driver was convinced it was her battery and or the fuel pumpSimple enough fixes, so we had it towed to NTBA week went by and we get the car back, $poorer tooA week goes by of her driving it and she has the same exact problemSo I call and they agree to replace the pump again saying it was probably just a bad pumpIt happens, things can arrive DOASo they have the car again and fix itThis time when we go to pick it up, our car has 8k more miles on it, food spilled on the seats, the car smelled like oil and gas and it was running weird when I drove it homedays later, same exact problemI call the store where I took it and the manager was rude and a total ***I called him out on everything and he denied it allOf course he did, right? I then asked if they even replaced the battery and fuel pumpHe insisted they did but I find it hard to believe that we got bad fuel pumps in a rowI called the CEO and left him a voice mail to call me backHe had someone from his staff callWhich they setup for our local Mazda dealer to fix the car on NTB's expenseOK fine no problemWell now it is about a month later and we are still having issues with our carEver since NTB touched it, it has not worked rightI called NTB's CEO the day after Thanksgiving and have followed up with more callsAll of which they have not returned or attempted to reach out to meThe most recent problem with our car happened while my wife was driving down a busy road and the car just stopped because of the faulty fuel pump and sensorShe almost got hit by a truck with both of our kids in the carI called the CEO a 5th time yesterday and he has yet to contact meI will be getting a lawyer involved and will be suing to the max allowable in the state of PAStay away from NTB at all cost

Dropped by the Tire Kingdom at zip one Saturday afternoon with a funny noise under the hoodThey took it for a test drive and put it up on the lift and in minutes found the problem and offered to fix it for a small feeTurns out a local car dealer had left a nut and bolt loose on my power steering pump about days earlier and that was the soundI called the dealer and they said just shoot back and we will fix it for free like they shouldI just want to say Thank You to the nice crew on duty that day for helping me, I really had no idea what the noise was Thanks Again

Car was stock, son went in to change the oil Changed the oil and then THEY tore the drainage plug but blamed it on the person who changed the oil firstDespite the fact that the car was stock They had my son sign papers BEFORE telling him about the damaged piece I'm unable to sue or do anything about it because my son sinedThey deny it was before they told him of the damaged piece but there is no way we can prove it When we asked about the surveillance footage they all began to get aggressive and I quick left the store in order to avoid any altercations Avoid Tire kingdom

Back in January I received in oil change from NTBI went back to another place to get my oil change because I thought NTB sales promotion for their oil change had went back to regular price Upon trying to get an oil change they discovered that my oil plug was stripped so they advised me to go back to where I had gotten my oil change lastSo I went back to NTB and [redacted] took care of me! I thank him and the company for their caring policy on rectifying something that they had done It restores me a little bit on the integrity of a company

I really don't know why my husband put up with them!!! EVERY single time we've been there they "fix" something and we come back for something else that they messed up from our 1st visit the VERY next dayThe real messed up thing about it is they charge us to fix their mistakes!!!!!!! Yesterday, the same thing happened; my husband paid over $for the serpentine belt, drove home 7mins and the power steering is out!!!! Now we have to go back and deal with their bull AGAIN! They did the same thing with my car onceI stopped going there and my car stopped having "problems" after mechanic workI plan on notifying the world of this [redacted] company until no one goes thereEnough is enough!

I bought new tires from the Tire Kingdom in Land O Lakes, Florida approximately one year agoI also purchased a lifetime warrantyI choose Sailun brand because the store promised me that they would always carry this brand in stockThe tires had less than 6,miles on them when I noticed that my van was pulling to the right, and the front left tire had an enormous aneurismI called Tire Kingdom to have it replaced, and they told me they no longer carried this tire at any store in the stateI was told that they would contact the manufacturer and call me backI called the cooperate office and, amazingly, my Tire Kingdom store had one available for me in one hourI went to the store that same day to have my new tire put onI have a custom 1980's aluminum one spun set of rims with Ford caps that are now impossible to find for my vehicleKnowing this I removed it the hubcap of the tire to be worked on and hid it in the back of my van were no one should have any reason to goThe technician still managed to find it, and then proceed to break it as he put it back onThe technician also swapped my custom stainless steal valve cap for a stripped plastic oneIt should have been obvious to the store manager that I was already an unhappy customer prompting him to put his best man on the job, but this was not the caseMaybe he did put his most experienced man on it which only goes to show the poor quality of work they are capable of at this tire storeEither way I feel like I have been lied to, stolen from, taken advantage of, and treated as if I am of no value as a customerNeedless to say I will never be going to another Tire Kingdom for any future needsA company's reputation is associated with all of its affiliates so this cooperation should care about the poor quality of products, work, and customer service delivered by their stores
