After buying 4 new tires One was defective with a bulge on the sidewall. upon returning it I was rudely told that it was driven with low pressure. Of course it was driven with low pressure, it had gone flat en route! The manager, [redacted] did not fill the tire to inspect the defect. Instead gave me a business card with the owner "[redacted]" phone number and dismissed me to deal with it myself. "[redacted]"did not return any of my 6 messages left on his machine. They blew me off completely I had to buy another tire from the Phx dealer.
I will not be using Tire Pro ever again, will tell all my friends to avoid this business and go to [redacted] down the street instead. They don't insult their customers.
