After reading this.  I reached out to the customer.    He came back, we also bled his brakes at no charge.  I also refunded his money to him.  He had a friend replace his master cylinder previous to us working on the vehicle.  We confirmed a defective master cylinder....

 which he needs to warranty through his friend.  The Customer should be satisfied with the results.

I find the response amicable, though I'm not certain you confirmed the master cylinder was fixed but rather it is an educated guess.Thanks for your help.
