New Breaks
After going to Tire Pros to get some new tires, I was told that I would also need new break pads, this after I had just had the pads replaced the same day so, I said Okay and left without the tires or the "break pads"

This hotel is one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever been in in my entire lifeAs soon as you walk in the door it smells like very heavy cigarette smokeThe walls were dirty, the floors were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the toilet and tub were very filthy and unsanitaryThe whole entire room was dirtyMe and my boyfriend got the hotel at about 1:in the morning because we could not find any other hotels in the areaWhen we seen how nasty and dirty the room was we decided to just sleep in the car instead of in that roomAt least we knew that we would not be attacked by bed bugs and roaches in our carWe attempted to get our money back, but were unable toI will NEVER stay here again I would sleep outside on the ground before I sleep in this hotel roomI am also going to contact the Revdex.com regarding this hotelIt is unsanitary and unsafe to stay thereI just want my $back for this hotel room that I did not sleep in

Review: [redacted] the manager here put on the wrong size tires. I paid $700 for new tires and he put on the wrong size. When I asked him to replace them he became verbally abusive, amongst other things lying, flip-flopping on their policies, telling me I was wasting his time (followed by denying he ever said this). When I asked if I could make good on their 30-day policy regarding michelin tires and asked how many days I have left in that 30-day rule, he proceeded in a very hostile and condescending tone to point to a calendar and sarcastcially say "What, you don't know how to COUNT. OH! Let me teach you how to count. It goes like this..1---2----3..SEEE?? It's so hard!!"The owner of this company (Tom) further north in California did not return my calls. Neither did [redacted]. A letter mailed to Tom at his headquarters requesting resolution and a response got absolutely zero response from these people. To me, this is highly unethical business practices that could have killed me. The tire measurements on my inside doorjamb and manufacturer guidelines are COMPELTELY different than the tires they put on, and [redacted], Tom the owner and manager of Tire Pros knowingly avoided making this right, refused to apologize and blew me off. I called Tom over 5 times. I wrote him. [redacted] too. No response. I asked for an apology and [redacted] literally stared at me in silence and lied, denying saying he never said anything wrong. Just shocking.Once or 2-3 times not getting back to me maybe is a mistake. But 5-6 times. This is just wrong. I would like them to be held accountable for their abuses and endangering my well-being, as well as lying about their business practices and not honoring Michelin tire warranty as promised. This has caused me extreme distress, all of it and it was not nice to be treated so disrespectfully after I tried to be nice!Desired Settlement: I'd appreciate an apology. I'm not calling or writing anymore, I feel it's their turn to reach out to me and try to resolve this. I've tried A LOT and have resorted to this complaint because of their non-response. Refund $700.00.

Review: I have been vacationing in the area all summer,in June '15,I took my van to his shop, cause I was having issues w/my steering column. A week after him completing the job I was back at his shop, cause the ignition was really stiff, and again having same issue from when I initially took it in. This malfunction has flared up my carpal tunnel, they made an adjustment,I was good up until the 1st of Oct.'15,when again, the steering column started malfunctioning again. I took my van back to him on 10/16/15,When I was on my way,the apparent owner,E[redacted] was gone, and left his next employee to deal w/me! All I got from him was, "We may not be able to get you in today,or even tomorrow, but maybe on Monday.I moreless camped in their parking lot waiting my turn from Friday(16)-Monday(19)! Come Monday morning the owner E[redacted] was back...he knocked on my van window to wake me up,and he read me a line of BS.So between 7:30a-9a,I sat in his parking lot making calls as to what my rights are. At (a he came out to my van w/a screw driver ready to start my van with,to get me off his lot.In these 3 days of occupying his business, not him or one of his employees never once looked at,examined or touched my van,to see about correcting this issue of my steering wheel. He just sent me away....I hold a bill from June '15 where I paid out $522.24 for a Steering Lock Actuator @ $69.54 /Ignition Switch @$28.84....$415.00 for labor +taxes. I also have the bill stating that I have a 1 yr.warranty/12.000 mls., on parts/labor,done in his shop. Now mind you,"after" he performed this work in June '15,after all is said and done,he said that this may or may not work, cause my van is old,and if that is the case,we can install a starter button that bypasses the ignition, and stars up immediately, for $350.00 (?).So,w/that said...if he had a fair idea that this was not gonna be a success, why did he make me spend all that money, and then offer me an alternativ, after the fact! When I showed someone else the bill, they could not believe what I was charDesired Settlement: Since he wouldn't even examine the van,I want my money back. I went back to him and asked why he wouldn't even examine the van, since when I brought it to him in June,I had to have it towed up on a tow truck, cause the steering column was totally locked up,and could drive it to the shop, this time the van is still fully driveable, and he wouldn't even entertain the thought of looking at the column,to see if it was just something that need knocked back in to place,he refused to look at it,w/a 1 yr.w
