[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Yesterday was the first time I actually taked to someone over the phone about my tiresI told them I wanted a full refund of the tiresNate, the sales person told me he would call me right back after talking to his bossThey never called me back that dayI will not pay for a restocking feeIt took weeks, and phone calls with voicemails left, and a negative comment on there facebook page before they talked to me via facebook messengerBy that time my bank already advised me to dispute the transactionI will call them back today, and ask again for the refundI am not sure why this is so difficultIf my tires were in stock for how many weeks like Nate told me, why did I never receive a phone call like I was told, and asked for?

We had reached out the customer when the tires got in. Our process has always been the same. Once the tires are checked in, someone else makes the phone call to let the customer know. He ended up buying the tires from someone else even after we had his money?? We've seen situations like this before (not saying that this is the case) where someone finds a better deal and then just wants a refund after buying. If the customer was able to spend his time buying from someone else AFTER he bought from us, why no phone call to just check and see why he didn't get a call? Had he done that, he would have been notified that we tried to reach-out to him and that the tires were in-stock. To help him out, the 20% restocking fee was waived, but not the $10 per tire shipping costs to and from us.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]  I had contacted the company yesterday as well about this. They did waive the restocking fee (apparently), but I still will charged $80 for shipping cost. I refuse to pay this. Apparently now they are saying the did call me to let me know my tires were in. I do not have any miss calls, or voicemail from this company. The first contact I had with them was after multiple calls to the company, 2 voicemail (where I left my name, and phone number)_, and a negative comment on their facebook page. This was all over the course from September 1st, up until the contacted me for the first time on the 20th of September.  It seems like the only time the want to respond is when they receive a negative comment like that, or the Revdex.com gets involved. I had called 3 days ago, and was going to get a call back that I never received either. I ended up calling back again yesterday to keep pushing the issue. It honestly looks like this company is waiting for me to drop the issue, and keep my money. I do not want to purchase tires from them, I just want a FULL refund. Also, since Nate, the sales rep I have been talking to, said they were the "mid-west biggest tires sales" I am sure this company can waive the remaining $80, for my refund. Also, the fact I bought tires from another company is irrelevant in this case. Yes, as a matter of fact I did buy tires from another company, completely different tires, that were more expensive. Also, they called me the next day to notify me that my tires arrived. So again, I ask that since the company is irrisopnsible, and could not reach out to me, I would like a full refund of my $1113 dollars. I think they need to work on their customer service.
