The manager had an employee tighten the lugsThere was no check to see if the studs had been damaged, the brake mechanism had been damaged, if the rotors were damaged, or if the tires were damagedAs for the $rebate, that was included with the tires, that was not compensation for negligence, and putting my family on the highway with an unsafe vehicle that could have killed multiple peopleSincerely, [redacted]

I have reviewed the customers complaint. *** (Tire Warehouse employee) spoke to *** twice about a center cap....and at no time did she mention anything about her car having any issues. Tire Warehouse did inspect the
vehicle for no charge on Monday the 9th and found no damage to the ***. There was not a charge for installation or rotation of the tires that were purchased. Also a $rebate was given at the time of purchase. Thank you,
