I was on vacation and was the aware of the issue til I had a gentleman from BAR come to the business last Friday telling me of what had happened. I do not know why the lady complains was told all this. The person handling the shop was a family member who does not work at the shop. She was just...

handling the business while I was out. Asking her I was told that the lady was using bad words and yelling on the phone to the point where she was listening to anything. Know I was not there to witness any of it amd family or not I don't care who is right or wrong but I am against giving any customer a hard time. I would love to take care of this matter check the customers vehicle and fix the problem. I have seen a picture and I am willing to replace her studs and her brake caliper. I do apologize sincerely that she had to take measures this far and waited for a call back. I would have called her back but did not have any contact information hence I didn't even know that this had happened til last Friday.
