Review: I ordered 24" Diablo Elite and Lionhart 255/30/24 and worked with Ernesto on my transaction. The order was paid to them on May 21st, 2014 and Ernesto confirmed the payment. I was told it would ship out the next day or Friday at the latest. It was not shipped until May 27th. I was told the items will get to me in 3 days but I did not receive until June 9th, 2014. Once I got my items, I had a rim that was damaged and called the company before accepting the order. I ended up speaking with the manager that was very unreasonable and had poor customer service handling my situation. He said he would have a new rim shipped directly from Diablo to myself along with paying for me to mount and balance the rim. He also said he would send a confirmation email to say such. He has not sent the email and return my calls. Ernesto provided me incorrect information regarding the shipping of my items.Desired Settlement: I would like my rim to replaced and received within a reasonable amount of time. Two weeks is unacceptable.

As we tried to explain to the customer over the phone the wheels are not damaged that is rubber mark from the tire when my techs where mounting the tire. We tried to explain to customer to get a rag and some windex or some chrome polish and just rub that area with some pressure and it will come right off. If you have need more help just let us know.

I am rejecting this response because: As I explained to the Manager, I tried all of that and it did not come off. There is still chrome scrapped off my wheel that I want replaced. I am very unhappy because the manager was going to send me my wheel and asked me to trust his word and he was DISHONEST.

I looked at all the pictures you sent us and it's only a scuff. Please try using the Mother's Chrome polished found at any automotive retail stores (Kragen, Napa, Autozone, O'reilys).

I am rejecting this response because: It is more than a scuff. Please stand by your word and send me my replacement wheel like you said on the phone! Also you did a bad job balancing the wheels, I will have to pay to have that redone and I am missing screws for my center pieces.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID .[redacted], , and find that arbitration is necessary. I will take more pictures of the wheels as well as provide other documentation where the wheels were not balanced accordingly and other chrome pitting that was found upon placing wheels on vehicle on 6/21/14.

Review: I order rims and tires from seller. I receive rim and tires and I got them mounted my car. I had some shaking from rear end of my car.I took my car back to the tire shop and they me I have two bad tires even though they where new. Contact seller and they stated they needed paper work showing deficit I sent seller the documents they requested. They wanted me to pay a $200 deposit and they will replace two bad tires. After speaking with a [redacted] representative I agree to pay deposit and after I ship bad tires back. The [redacted] representative told me to work with the seller and I would get my $200 back. I paid deposit and I receive tires. They seller sent me two use tires and one have a hole and the side wall of the tire. I contacted the seller and email pictures of the bad old tires..that where not new. The seller stated that I had put hole in tire and the warranty will not cover me. I have all documents showing tires was not mounted on rim. So how could I put hole in tire.. I copy of emails form seller given me a hard time. I have documents from tire shopping show tire are bad. This seller is a scam and are some liars ..seller will not return my money. I have requested to give seller their 6 tires and 4 rims back and I want my total of $1479.00 back....Please looking into this I tried to work with people and they scam me out of more money...I send documents to who ever may need them. I am a soldier serving my country and I do not want anybody else to be treated like I have......Desired Settlement: I want my money back and seller can get there tires and rims back

I am rejecting this response because:the seller didn't give me enough time to ship rims and tire back. .it was memorial day weekend and sellers only gave me three days to ship rims back I work full time and I was out of town..and I need to set a pick date with a delivery company to pick up rim and tires
