Review: I took my car to Suspension and Alignment Pros after the check engine light came on. They said that they would check to see what was wrong for $45. They told me that the timing belt was broken, and that they recommended that I also change a water pump and tensioner. I said it was ok to do that as long as they fixed my car, and they told me to go back in a few days. I picked up the car on 7/16/2013 and they charged me $510. When I was driving the car home the car would not go above 65 mph, it had stayed the same as when I took it to them. I left the car with them to see if they could fix it, but they didn't know what to do. The car stayed with them for four days, but they didn't fix anything. A worker named [redacted] advised me to take the car to another shop. I took the car to [redacted] Volkswagon and they fixed it in 3 hours, and they said that the timing belt had not been properly installed.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded what I payed for labor and removal which is $301 and the $45 for the check engine light diagnostic. If possible I would also like to be refunded by Suspension and Alignment Pros what I had to pay to get the car fixed.
