My name is [redacted] and I am the owner of Tire ZoneI have recently received the complaint letter from [redacted] and this is what occurred on 5/6/So [redacted] returned to the store and actually spoke to me instead of ***She told me that she doesn't like the look of the tire that she bought on 4/10/So I observed the tire and saw that there was no issue with itThen I followed by asking her if she had the receipt with her so I can see if her warranty was validShe gave me the receipt and I realized she was way passed her warranty day for it to be honoredOur used tires have a seven day warranty and we inform all customers of thatWe always show the customers the tire before we install it and also have signs in the shop that says "All Used Tires Have A Seven Day Warranty"The only thing that was written wrong on the receipt was the tire size which in this case doesn't have anything to do with the issue hereI tried reasoning with her before she became all hostile and started yelling and cussingThat's when I told her there was nothing I can do for her and that she bought a used productI offer both new and used tires so if the used ones don't look good enough then a new one is an optionI just recently opened my business months ago and this is by farthest the biggest issue I have had over a used tireWe are fair and trustworthy here and I try my best to make our customers happy and satisfiedI am sorry that this happened with her and hopefully we can work something outthAlso she stated "they charge $to take your old tire a way they can"Yes, I do charge $and that is for Missouri tire disposal feeBy law I have to dispose of tires properly and charge customers a fee to cover my costs

bought on 4/10/2017. So I observed the tire and saw that there was no issue with it. Then I followed by asking her if she had the receipt with her so I can see if her warranty was valid. She gave me the receipt and I realized she was way passed her warranty day for it to be honored. Our used tires have a seven day warranty and we inform all customers of that. We always show the customers the tire before we install it and also have signs in the shop that says "All Used Tires Have A Seven Day Warranty". The only thing that was written wrong on the receipt was the tire size which in this case doesn't have anything to do with the issue here. Review: The repair men charged me for repairs that were not done to my car that resulted in additional damages being done.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on all the money I paid for work that wasn't done.
