Attempted times on-line to place an order and was refused by Tire Buyer, but to my horror the company billed my credit card every time! Over 4000$ in charges! When I complained to the service representative, he blamed ME saying it was my card that was declined, contrary to what the bank proved to me after cleaning this mess upAfter asking for a manager and waiting another minutes on hold, a snooty and overbearing employee chastised ME for the billing errors and laughed in my face! This is the first time buying tires from tirebuyer.comThe order wasn't delivered as promised due to some issue with the vendor carrierI called in to customer service and after a research they told me to wait for their call and it [redacted] take a day to restore the missed/incorrect delivery of my tires to the local tire installer I never got a call and when I called the next day to enquire, the customer service rep didn't want to hear anything about my previous issue, what happened and all and kept saying the order was delivered last night to the installerHe wasn't even polite and even though I just stated my case he kept saying he can't argue and it is what it is I called the tire installer again today and they said they didn't receive the tires yet just like yesterdayWhat do I need to do now? Just wait for another couple of days and pray to have it delivered as promised to the local tire installer? Very very bad customer service and never wanted to deal with customer after the Sale [redacted] never buy again nor recommend
Ordered a tire.sent me a rim.called them to cancel orderthey told me they could not return money until rim was returned Now I am the one that is inconvenienced and must wait for the money to be returned to me to buy a new tire when it was their error to begin with Very poor customer service
Just wanted to share a very smooth transaction and purchase we had with Tirebuyer.com I ordered tires on Friday, 11/at a super great price Tires were shipped free of charge to a local tire dealer/installer on Wednesday 11/ The local dealer called us and we set up installation for Saturday 11/ The General tires are great and perform flawlessly! Just be careful with what the installer charges, because it's not always accurate, but that's not TireBuyer.com's fault

I bought tires from tire buyer and I'm not satisfied. The day I had my tires installed my front end of my SUV shook pretty bad. I went back and they rebalanced them whithout any improvement. I took my vehicle to another shop and paid to have the tires rebalance only to have the same problem. I brought it back to the same shop checked everything again , the shaking was still there . I called Tire Buyer spoke to xxxxx , which was very helpful , explained what I should do and ordered new tires for me. New tires came in I paid again to have them reenstalled and balanced. My vehicle now rides excellent . I should be happy but I paid an additional $ 120.00 in balancing and installation cost due to problem tires . I called back Tire Buyer and spoke with xxxxx and voiced my displeasure . I told xxxxx I had to pay in additional costs and had to leave my vehicle several times for hours so the problem could be looked at. xxxxx showed no compassion said the warranty doesn't include labor . I spoke to someone at the shop they told me that they can't understand why people order tires on line when a lot of companies will match the price . He also stated that the shop would have taken care of the new install without all the extra hassle . I was told by Tire Buyer I have to take the problem tires back home (not sure how people do this whithout an SUV ) they'll send out a packet so they can be returned . I was also told I have to carefully read this packet and fill out what's applicable and send them back . I respectfully told xxxxx I would never order Tires on line again , it's not worth the hassle. I hope people that read this review will now get their price from Tire Buyer and bring into their local tire dealer to see if they'll match the price.
