My upper control arm bolts were loose after I had an alignment done on 12-2- So I took it back and I had my alignment done today at Tireman for FREE I asked the guy, "When you aligned it the first time you didn't check the upper control arms?" He replied "Nope." That really irritated me and I said "Do the entire inspection next time and maybe you will pay attention!" He basically said since I had changed the tie rods, ball joints and upper control arms, it was MY FAULT for not telling them the control arm bolts might be loose I replied "If you actually would have done the entire alignment, you would have found it!" Tireman has proven that they don't care how much they rip someone off and they do half the jobThey also DO NOT inspect everything like they say they do I said "Fornes Brake service charges $for an entire alignment." He responded "Different stores have different prices." Tireman wants to charge people twice for somethingI heard one of the sales guys say to a customer on the phone, "$for a two wheel alignment and $for four." If that is all they are going to tell you, wouldn't you assume it is the entire alignment (tie rods and control arms)? So $to just set the toe (tie rods) and not even check the camber and caster (control arms) I had a wheel bearing replaced on 12-23- On the invoice it says "Check suspension." The wheel and caliper were hitting Now, after changing that, wouldn't you check the alignment to make sure it wasn't affected? Obviously not When someone brings their car in, you are supposed to do an entire inspection, BOTH sides!!!! Not just the side that the problem is on But like I said Tireman must not care at all and won't tell you if there is anything else wrong Based on the print out of my alignment today it shows that it was not aligned correctly the first time They hate when people go in there and know what they are talking about So when you do an alignment you check the tie rods AND the upper control arms! Think about it, if my tire would have fallen off, it would have been Tireman's fault not mine! My mechanic told me "When you pay for an alignment you pay for the WHOLE thing! Not just half!" All the big name stores care about is how much money they are making Would not recommend Tireman to anyone!!!!

I took my truck to get an alignment, I was told I had to leave it over night, picked up next day and paid 85.00, I noticed same problem, called told them about the same problem, I spoke to [redacted] he told me to bring it in he would take care of it, got there was told that no work had been done to the truck because it needed other repairs, totaling over dollars How could they have taken payment for services when no services had been rendered I called and talked to the manager and he said that the problem was not their fault, that my truck was old and that was the problem Now how can I trust that information when tireman took my money and did absolutely nothing to my truck How do I know that they did not damage my truck to get more business out of me This was the Reynolds Rd location

My daughter is a student at the University of Findlay which is hours from her home, she had a flat tire when she came out of class and didn't know what to do since she was not at home She made an appointment with Tireman to see if the tire could be repaired The tire was repaired and put back on the car The service was excellent and they treated my daughter very nicely I would recommend this company to everyone

My upper control arm bolts were loose after I had an alignment done on 12-2-15. So I took it back and I had my alignment done today at Tireman for FREE. I asked the guy, "When you aligned it the first time you didn't check the upper control arms?" He replied "Nope." That really irritated me and I said "Do the entire inspection next time and maybe you will pay attention!" They also DO NOT inspect everything like they say they do.

I said "Fornes Brake service charges $62 for an entire alignment." He responded "Different stores have different prices." Tireman wants to charge people twice for something. I heard one of the sales guys say to a customer on the phone, "$59.99 for a two wheel alignment and $79.99 for four." If that is all they are going to tell you, wouldn't you assume it is the entire alignment (tie rods and control arms)? So $60 to just set the toe (tie rods) and not even check the camber and caster (control arms).
