Revdex.com:The tire was dry rotted and did not last and he has me confused with my girlfriend because she was the one that stayed in the car and I remained outside the vehicle the entire timeUpon arrival he said $for the car I was driving after I told him I had another tire in the trunk ;he looked and said I'll do them both for $He never showed me either tires before he put them on the rim and as he was putting the tire on I told him the tire didn't look right his reply was no its fine and I told my girlfriend to come look and she said no as well and he let the car down off the jack and started to get irritated because we didn't want that tireSo I started to look at the one in the trunk for the other vehicleThis is the tire above in the picture it already had a plug and no tread and his reply was its good and he was already upset because he had to remove the tire off the vehicle I was driving so he put another tire on after complaining and throwing a tantrum because he said it was hot and I made it a mile down the road and hear a noise my girlfriend hub cap flew off the car because he was negligent and unprofessional .He is a liar and manipulator who hustle women and he should repay me my

hi , I am the manager of this facility , and I spoke to the customer yesterday on 12/07/2014.we both were agreed for a discount on next purchase , and he left happy , so ask the customer and let me know pleasethanks

To whom it may concernthis customer left their stock wheels ( which were 2 and 2 , means 2 different kind of pair ) here upon installing the new rims and tires , and never came back to pick them up until we heard from them todaytires 4 less company policy is ( WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CUSTOMER...

STOCK WHEELS IF THEY DON'T PICK THEM UP WITHIN 2 WEEKS ) which is posted in our customer waiting areawe also never promised this customer to hold their wheels for that longany further questions please feel free to askthanks[redacted]shop manager

Great costumer service. I recently had some negative feelings about this business but I can say they fixed all the problems to the best of their abilities. great prices and great costumer service thanks Tires 4 less.

Review: I went to this place brought two tire they were no good they were cracked thin recapped they should have not been sold , for a few day I was hearing this hissing sound ,my daughter was driving on 99 the tire tread came off the tire and tore up my car and almost cause an accident with my grandchild in the car they could have been killed or hurt or someone else I want some help please getting this matter fixed.Desired Settlement: Money back, I like him to repair my car where the tire tore it up it need to be put back into place and an I sorry might help

Review: I had purchased 4 new tires and rims, I left the rims that were on car originally at their shop with the agreement that I wouod come for them at a later date. Upon inspecting 1 of the rims I discovered 1 of the rims was bent, so I contacted shop and they said they would replace it. I then told them ok that I would pick up my other 4 wheels when I went to go get the damaged rim replaced. The person at shop said it was ok, but never stated to me how long they would hold my rims for. 2 months later and still no rim and when I asked about my original rims they said they recycled them, without ever notifying me or telling me about any policy on holding wheels they might have. Shop person was rude and acted like they did not really careDesired Settlement: I would like my original rims replaced or a refund for rims purchased

Review: I recently made a purchase of some wheels and tires from Tires 4 less. About a week had passed when I noticed one of the lug nuts from my new wheels was missing. I quickly contacted Tires 4 less assuming the lug nut might have just came off due to not being tightened properly. I was greeted by the store manager saying, "I was told by my employee that he did not place one of the lug nuts on your rim the day you were here". This to me is an example of willful negligence and should not be accepted from a company. The same day I made the complaint and noticed the missing nut however they placed a new lug nut on my wheel but this cant be acceptable. The fact that they knew one of the nuts that fastens my wheel and tire to my car was missing and let me drive off the day I purchased the wheels and tires leaves me little faith in this company.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive, if possible a reimbursement for the cost of gas I used to drive from Arbuckle CA to Woodland CA along with the time I had to waist because of the negligence of this company and its employees.
