Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Marty, the manager, said he would submit it to their insurance After waiting a couple of weeks, I called Marty back to see what the insurance company said He said they denied it I really don't believe he submitted it because no one contacted me about the claim I asked to speak to Marty's supervisor and he gave me the owner's name The owner was very nice and we agreed to give me a little over $back He said he could understand his mechanics not being able to diagnose my engine's problems the first time but they should have caught it the second time I brought it back.I am still out the to get a new engine put in and I will have to live with that I will never use Tires Plus again for anythingThank you for contacting Tires Plus I don't think I would have gotten a penny back otherwise[redacted]

Per phone call with Marty the manager, this business has been sold. The previous owner Dennis has been in contact with the customer and is working out a resolution.
