Company still has not contacted me in any wayThey lies to you saying my car had problems before going to their shopThey also lied to you saying they were working with me on this issueI had the oil tested and they confirmed my concerns of being the wrong oilI have done everything to resolve this issue, yet you still close the case with no resolve in siteSomething very wrong here, When they do nothing, they lie and make the problems they did with my engine and I have not signed off on this criminal act and their lack of even caring that they could have destroyed my CARI do not consider this issue closed, since they have not contacted me at all, they pretty much called me a liar and yet they lied to YOU in many counts
