Tires To Go

I PURCHASED TIRES AND LIFETIME ALIGNMENT, I HAVE TOOK VEH IN TIMES , FIRST TIME THEY DID TIRES AND SAID DID ALIGNMENT BUT NEVER GOT A PRINT OUT, NEXT TIME I TOOK IT THE VEH PULLED BAD AFTER THEY SAID THEY DID ALIGNMENT, I CALLED BACK AND TALKED TO A LADY, SHE SAID SHE WAS SORRY THE ALIGNMENT MACHINE WAS BROKE THAT DAY, I TOOK BACK AGAIN, THEY SAID I NEEDED A BUNCH OF PARTS BEFORE THEY COULD ALIGN VEH, I ASKED THEM WHY I PAID FOR A LIFETIME ALIGNMENT WHEN THEY WAS SUPPOSED TO CHECK VEH BEFORE THEY SELL THE
ALIGNMENT, I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT PEOPLE SAID WAS OWNER AND I REQUESTED A REFUND ON ALL REPAIRS AND FOR THE TIRES, SAID WILL CALL ME BACK AND HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM, ALSO THEY DID NOT EVEN PUT MY VEH ID NUMBER ON ANY REPAIR ORDER

I made an appointment one week prior to my visit on 1/19/I specifically stated that I had an issue with my tires making a loud rumbling noise and that I was told by another tire shop that it was my left wheel bearingSo I asked Tires to go to CHECK and diagnosis that it was in fact the left wheel bearing and if so to replace itWell they did not check it they just changed it without even test driving or checking itThen they call me after they "replaced" it and said I'm test driving it now and it's still making the noise it's the opposite side wheel bearing that needs to be replaced and that it wculd be another dollarsI was absolutely appalled that they would start work without even diagnosing to confirm that it was the correct side that needed replacingI've never experienced such unprofessionallism when it comes to something as serious as a customer vehicle
