Their is a few things that is concerning about this complaintBut first let me address the work that we didOn 10/01/we did a Vehicle Maintenance Inspection on Mr [redacted] 's care which includedLube Oil and Filter Change We rotated and Balanced his tires Did a power Steering Flush a Transmission Flush a Wheel Alignment and a Safety inspection We did not check or do anything to the A/C unit in his carOn 10/03/he did return saying his A/C was not working we checked it for him and gave him an estimate to repair the unitAgain at know time did we touch his A/C equipment on the services we had done for him We have no record of him coming back to talk to anyone about this matter since 10/13/ Also at the time of service his cars registration was expired In your letter to us you indicated that you were contacted by Mr [redacted] on 11/12/over a year later Something is not right He says he would like a reason for the A/C failing Their are lots of reasons of which I will not speculate You also say that he would like a discount on the repairsWe would need to look at the car and recheck the systemHe says he does not trust the mechanics at the locationHe can bring it to our Kahului Location If he likes he can contact Randal at [redacted] or myself Tim at the same number during BusHrs A year is a long time to wait to put in a complaint But we are willing to assist Mr [redacted] with this matter Tim
