We contacted this customer last week and he is bringing his car in to our store this afternoon for us to repair itThis was not our fault but we are still going to repair it free of charge His car is a low-rider and barely clears the pavement The muffler and tail pipes are all corroded and was very loose when he brought it in to our store This is due to it rubbing on the pavement or concrete when he is driving into a parking lot or incline The customer's name is [redacted] *** Thanks! I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. It was not exactly what the guy told me as he asked me if I could pay now at that day of negation (spelling?) I told him that I got approved of credit line limit to 750.00 and why am I required to pay right away. Beside this the tire was not discount as he feels that tires was not for gravel which is a joke cuz I asked for better tires that will handle gravel which is 6 ply he seems not happy because it is under warranty. Anyway Then He asked me how much could I pay each month. I told him all I can do is 50 dollars per month. He said no problem that's when I agreed to buy tires and brake job. When I get my first billing from [redacted] shows differently than what we agreed. I talked to them and they said they have no idea what he and I agreed at that time. I told her if I had known he doesn't agree I would have not buy tires and brake job. She said she will call me back after discuss with manager or whoever. Next day she called me back and said they agreed on 50 dollars but no interest charge but report this to credit that's what she said on phone. Again on next bill it has increased to 100.00 dollars what does that tell you. Beside this I got poor credit report afterwards that prevent me from get loan to pay off the loan which I do not appreciate this. Twisting around is no tolerance for me. 50 dollars payment that's what we agreed in the beginning and clear up the negative credit report. Regards,
