August 29, To Whom It May Concern:There was a complaint made to you by a Mr [redacted] ***He had indicated to you that he purchased a set of tires from Tire Express Service Center 1-19-and that the two tires put on in the back were a different size than the frontThat's why the rear tires went badHe also indicated that he returned to the service center on 8-8-and he wanted an alignment and new tires in the rear of his vehicle.On 8-8-Mr [redacted] did return to what is now known as TireXpress incOn that day Mr [redacted] received tires at a discount and was to get an alignment at no chargeMr [redacted] indicated to the sales rep that due to time issues he would not be able to get the alignment that dayMr [redacted] had scheduled and appointment for Saturday August 16th to return for the alignmentMr [redacted] has never returned for the alignment.On May 5th Tire Express Service center was soldIt is now TireXpress IncTireXpress Inchas tried to help Mr [redacted] and if he wished to return we will be more than happy to do the alignment for him at no charge.If you have any other question feei free to contact us at:TireXpress Inc[redacted] ***Regards Julie S [redacted] Office Manger (724) 652-
