HORRIBLE.We pay top price and have at least days per month when there is no service or less than mbps speed.They do nothing--everThey run a test and say we'll send someone out.They then do nothing( or change out the dish twice to no avail) and in a week we get the same sub par resultsIf there was anything else available we would switch.WE asked for a refund or reduced montlhy bill during these months , but were denied
Right now I am trying to work remotely and am at less than mbpsI HATE THIS COMPANY'S PRODUCT, but in this rural area near *** ***, we have no options

This letter is in
response to referenced correspondence: ID ***We have received notification of the complaintAs stated in the complaint, Mrs*** *** informed us that her house was struck by lightningWe responded by immediately sending a crew to repair and get her internet service back up and runningShe states our technician said our equipment was not properly groundedHe informs us that he never said this to Mrs***She was the one stating that it was our equipment that lead to all her other appliances being affected by the lightningI tried to explain to Mrs*** that when lightning strikes a house and gets into the wiring of the house, everything plugged into that wiring will be affectedIt was not our equipment that caused thisIt was the raw power of the lightningIt has to go somewhere to get to groundHer house is grounded in several ways and the lightning is going to go through all the avenues it can to get to ground
This was a very unfortunate situationWe made the repairs to our equipment very timelyOur installation crew even took up a collection to offer to Mrs*** to try to offset some of her monetary outlay, but when I called her to offer to bring by the cash I had collected, she said she did not want the money or to have anything else to do with me
Mrs*** called us to terminate her service with us at the end of JuneShe stated she was going with another Internet ProviderWe have purposely not turned off her service and instructed our scheduling assistants to leave her service connected "with no charge" for the next three months if she chooses to continue to use it
This incident was an unfortunate "Act of God" and we are truly sorrow for Mrs*** loss but we are sure that it was not caused by any of our equipmentOur equipment got damaged by the lightning just like her other appliancesWe replaced all our equipment at her residence at no cost to her
Please contact the undersigned with any questions or further comments on this incident

The internet it ify at bestI pay about $a month for internet that does about half of what it says it should be able to doIf I had a better option, I would change in a heart beatPart of the time, I basically don't even have functioning internetI would love for my problems to be resolved, and if so, I will gladly change my review

Indeed one of the worst internet provider I've ever encounteredTechnical support is so rude to their customers, internet shuts off at night and on the weekends, no matter how many times I ask technical support to fix these issues that are keeping my 7mbps 80$/month lie at kilobytes a second at the best and completely shut off on weekday nights and weekends day and nightI've constantly been searching for help for the period this has been happening, but it's futile all I get are threatening insults from the technical support department, these guys came to my house times in months only to change out my satellite and radio, than leave before they actually had to do any real workI've lost all hope in this internet provider TISD I do not recommend anyone to go through what this W ISP put me throughIt's sad to watch them legally stealing money & resources from people in this manner
