Review: I purchased Manic Panic Rockabilly Blue hair color and used it exactly as directly on my son's hair. It was vibrant blue for 2-3 days, then drastically faded, exposing the bleached color. I contacted the company, requesting a reimbursement and they asked me to email pictures of before and after and then of the product after it was fading from his hair. I emailed then promptly and they messaged back asking what kind of shampoo he used after the color. And I told them Garnier Fructis for color treated. They, then messaged that it's hard toimage the color fading the way it did. I asked for a refund and they said they don't give refunds. The product was $9.49 plus FL sales tax purchased at Sally's Beauty. Before the emails I spoke with the company via phone. The product did not last at all.Desired Settlement: Refund
