I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
  Contrary to her response, she was very rude and a apology has not been given over the phone for the rude behavior.  A gift was offered but at what price????  What was the catch?????  We have never dealt with this company before and read several reviews of the company and have been very leery of our dealings with them.  Most of the reviews we read after we purchased the furniture were negative.   Especially with how they have treated us.  No communication, rude behavior and not telling us anything.  After we put in this complaint the service has been better.  Susana has keep us up on where our furniture is and hopefully we will receive a call next week telling us the furniture has reached [redacted].

Yes yesterday  this client was in the store,  we were unable to get to her before she walked out. Now her issues,  we have switched time after time for her. Never have me stated we were going out of business nor have we ever had a insurance claim. The shopping center had an isolated...

fire over three years ago. We cleaned our store and sold everything at huge discounts below cost. We had many, many happy clients. AS far as our future we are planning a move to a better and bigger location. We have been here 9 years and counting.  Ms. [redacted] came inthe store  state she was moving, we offered her the wood credenza in the warehouse and she did not want it. We since sold that one as well. I am sure the Manufacture will provide the information as to how many we have purchased in the last year. Keep in mind there has been a price increase.  I  Deborah [redacted] told her we could deliver in the following two dys. She did not want it.  This cabinet has become a main stay and we  order this repeatedly.  All of the comments make zero sense. We have offered her multiple options, she stated she was moving out of state  monthsago. Not sure what she wants. WE offered her the same pieces we held for nearly a year. It is so difficult to understand wht she is upset. We can reorder and sell anything we wish. Tista's offered the old wood credemza to her and will offer her the same price of $1200.00 We have offered M [redacted] anything  she has requested, as per all of the invoices we have switched , change and and given Ms [redacted] every penny she  paid on the lay a ways .  WE appreciate the opportunity to work with all of our clients, and that is why we exchanged and switched over and over, however no  one could maintain  and decide what we  should order if every client did this. The is no pattern. I must admit I am confused by all of the tickets and selections. Again we wish the cloent to be happy, just not sure how? But answer, the piece in the store arrived in our store in May per copy of invoice, no we are not going out of business, nor have we ever sytated  that, no we are not a storage facility, If you buy something it needs toi be delivered, no we did not file any insurance claims. All these statements are un founded and are mallious. Every statement is not accurate. Again we will honor her original price on the old wood credenza. Just the time reselecting and changing item after item is costly and yet we did so for nearly two years.Please review dates , invoices and multiple changing of furniture and decide where we are wrong?  Ms [redacted] used her credit and we fave her sale prices and full credit. Not sure how we solve this., but we are willing. We are enclosing a phot of the cabinet, the current invoice, and invoice from the vendor shwing where we purchase in May

I am a bit confudes as I agreed to work with the client and she stated in her own emails she was happy with what I stated . Please read the emails.  i am willing to help. WE have Mrs. [redacted] cocktail table.I have been in contact. please let me know. Please read emails and we will do what I said I would. No one wants not too help her. There is no reason as I am trying to help comply.
