Re: *** *** ***Titan Advice Center on March 16, sent a letter to *** *** to request a refund. I have sent the letter attached to Titan Advice Center requesting a refund on March 16, 2018. I have not heard from anyone from Titan Advice Center. Please see two emails forwarded after this email that supports my truthfulness.March 22, 2018Hello *** ***, Revdex.com Re: *** *** *** As per our communication please reinstate this complaint against Titan Advice Center as this matter has not been resolved. I have followed all the instructions offered by the Revdex.com. I have filed a complaint with HOPE and FTC. Please do not expose to Titan Advice Center that the FTC is now investigating this company. I have sent this letter to *** Le June, FTC. All documents sent to and from Titan Advice Center have been sent to the FTC for investigation as per *** ** *** request. Titan Advice Center on March 16, sent a letter to *** *** to request a refund. I have sent the letter attached to Titan Advice Center requesting a refund on March 16, 2018. I have not heard from anyone from Titan Advice Center. As per the letter from you sent from Titan Advice Center they acknowledge that do not have fees that amount to $*** *** paid from July 2017-January paid to Bank of America (mortgage lender) in C/o Titan Advice Center to pay my monthly mortgage. Anita *** received a letter from “unknown” attorney stating he represented Titan that stated we would not be able to find their location because they were located in HawaiiAs a result; my mortgage was not paid from July to January that I now owe back mortgage payments to Bayview in the total amount of $11,949.90+ past payment, late fees, foreclosure proceedings and negative posting on credit report reducing scores are reasons *** *** is entitled to refund from Titan Advice Center. See emailed forwarded. The “unknown” attorney did not state that I owed Titan Advice Center any monies documented in the contract he/she sent. Please see email forwarded. If it had not been from Revdex.com contacting Titan Advice Center they probably would not have sent a refund request that is the reason this matter should not be closed. I have not received any telephone calls, text messages or email communications from Titan on or after March 16, 2018. I greatly appreciate your assistance and time as my only objective is to get my money refunded and prevent this company from defrauding other consumers. Respectfully submitted,*** *** *** ***

To whom it may concern: The client contacted us on July 27, 2017, when her payments were at $1,677.74 on and adjustable interest rate. She mentioned to us that she could not afford this payment and thus after taking two weeks to conduct conference calls with her and her lender, and thoroughly...

reviewing her file, we firmly believed that it was possible to get her into a lower payment. No person, staff, associate, or agent here has ever stated that we would be "taking over the loan" we informed her that we would do all the paperwork for her and she were to receive a resolution, she then has to agree to it and sign and then pay for our services.  She did not pay us "$9,000" , after the services were rendered she paid a flat fee well less than that. Our fees are not even in that ballpark. We were able reduce her mortgage payment from $1,677.74 to $1,439.92 (a savings of $237.82 a month). Everything was understood and there were no issues up at that point. However, it later became known that Mrs. [redacted] did all of this behind her husband's back and once her husband became aware of this, he (unreasonably) became furious and that's when both Mrs. and Mr. [redacted] started calling and emailing and stating that we "scammed" them. We have been in constant communication with them, explaining in full detail everything we did for them. Furthermore, throughout the constant barrage of harassment from Mr. and Mrs. [redacted], we still emailed them a Refund Request form to be filled out in order for us to process her refund. However, she chose to ignore this. We have still attempted to reach out to her - our last email to her was on February 26, 2018 at 3:05pm and our last attempted phone call to her was on March 5, 2018 at 11:04am.  We have rendered all services, and never misrepresented who we are, this client is going through a domestic issue/argument and in an attempt to absolve her from any misdoings against her husband, she is attempting to delegate the blame onto Titan Advice Center who has done nothing but help her and put her in a better financial position.
