Attached you will find a copy of the *** report that was signed the day the Nissan Altima was purchased The *** shows this vehicle had excellent service history with all recommended maintenance having been performed It also shows an accident on 09/19/without any airbag
deployment or any other major damage All off this information was provided to customer prior to purchasing this Altima Our dealership is very transparent in the way we do business The customer carefully looked over the car in the daylight and could have decided not to purchase if he was not satisfied with the condition Customer was completely aware of the condition and history of the vehicle before purchasing There was never any pressure from our dealership to purchase The customer states that Titan Auto Sales had a body shop repair the vehicleThis is completely untrue Our dealership purchased the Altima in same cosmetic condition as was sold Titan inspected the vehicle mechanically and there were no issues mechanically Also, this Altima is still under bumper to bumper warranty If there are any mechanical issues the Altima would be covered under factory warranty at a local Nissan dealership This purchase was made on 11-12-with 13,miles No mention was made of any issues until 2-12- Titan Auto Sales has not committed any violations! us why here

In response to the claims of fraud or fraudulent behavior, Titan Auto Sales would like to state that the claims being made by the B*** family are disgracefully incorrectTitan Auto Sales spent an excessive amount of time in the dealership getting the B*** family approved on the vehicle
in question due to their challenged creditWe also held the vehicle without deposit for days while waiting for the B*** family to acquire their down paymentThe B*** family took delivery of the vehicle on 06/08/and failed to complete a process required by the lending agency which resulted in the expiration of the contractAt this point we made contact to try and resolve the matter with the B*** family and keep them in the vehicle in questionOnce the approval expired, the B*** family was told that they would need to resign and provide more money downFor some odd reason the B*** family began to falsely claim that Titan Auto Sales acted fraudulently and switched contracted and agreed upon numbers on the sales price of the vehicle in questionThis is factually an untruthful statement! By law, we as a state recognized business cannot alter a contract by any means at any timeAll contracts were signed by the B*** family and the B*** family alone. Still while trying to resolve this manner, we have documented proof that we attempted to resolve this manner with the B*** family via phone calls and emailsBecause of the failure on the parts of the B*** family to respond to our attempts at communication, the B*** family thought it necessary to involve an attorney. Once the B*** family involved their attorney, it was asked of Titan Auto Sales to cease communication directly with them and direct communication to their attorney. Again, with documented proof we tried to reason with their attorneyOur General Manager could never get the attorney on the phone or get a response back from him through emailThe General Manager took the liberty of going to the attorney’s office located in Waukegan, Illinois and allowed the attorney’s secretary to make a photo copy of the check reflecting the full amount of the down payment given by the B*** family at the time of contractTitan Auto Sales was prepared to give a check in the full amount to the B*** family in exchange for the vehicle even before the attorney was involvedThe photo copy of the check should still be in the possession of the attorney unless he destroyed or tampered with evidenceThe B*** family NEVER willingly tried to resolve this matterThe offer was made to them via communication with the attorney that we would allow for them to keep the vehicle without any extra money down and all they had to do was come back to the dealership and resign the contractThey still refused to resign despite our countless efforts to help their situationTo further disprove the B*** family’s claims, after several failed attempts to regain possession of the vehicle in question peacefully, we had to involve a repossession company to take possession for us The actions that the B*** family took to withhold our vehicle should be considered criminal! The B*** family kept the vehicle in question without contract or the authorization of Titan Auto Sales for some days plus! The B*** family even called the police on the Repossession Company, which is on record with the *** *** municipal department and further proves that the B*** family never tried to resolve this manner respectfully or peacefullyEven after the vehicle was back in our possession, the B*** family has still refused to cooperate by surrendering the set of keys to the vehicle in question All in all, Titan Auto Sales of Worth, Illinois has not and will never conduct fraudulent business with any caliber of our consumers We take pride in helping all of our customers.Titan Auto Sales continues to do business at the highest level of professionalismWe truly exhausted every effort of helping the B*** family from start to finishFor further validation on our behalf, every form of correspondence between us, the B*** and their attorney have been kept and filed

The police report provided shows an estimate of damages to vehicle.  It is not a determination nor the $10,000-$15,000 in damages previously stated.  Also, customer is alleging that Titan Auto performed repairs which is incorrect.  This accusation is untrue along with the accusation that Titan withholds information to customers.  Customer is having buyers remorse and making these assumptions without any merit.  This is the first complaint to the Revdex.com in the past 2 years and Titan is proud of its business practices and ethics.

Tital Auto Sales representative, two representative, stated that this vehicle had a fender bender. I am very happy to share all the BAD reviews and all the bad vehicles that were sold by Titan Auto Sales. This is a great scam and defrauding honest buyers who do not have much experience purchasing vehicles.
