So very amazing the staff made me feel right at home!! I am definitely going everyday

My name is [redacted] and I am the service advisor at Titan Automotive I am writing this letter in response to dispute # [redacted] Unfortunately there is nothing we can offer the customer as the warranted period of his repair has long since expired Despite what [redacted] wrote in his complaint, he fully agreed to the repair as well as our policies and warranty agreementThe repair was completed on May 11, and included a month warranty [redacted] did not make contact with us concerning a transmission problem until 3+ years after the work was completed, thus rendering the warranty void We would be happy to fax the repair orders with [redacted] ’s signatures, approving both the repairs to be done and the warranty coverage that was providedWe feel bad that [redacted] is experiencing trouble with his vehicle but unfortunately it is just too far past the warranty period for us to accommodate his requestIf there are any additional questions or concerns please feel free to contact us Sincerely, [redacted]

We have read *** *** response and we strongly disagree with his assertionsWhile we certainly sympathize with anybody experiencing car troubles there is only so much a business can doIf *** *** really felt “shammed” into buying a transmission then why not make that an issue at that time? Why not alert the Revdex.com then? The reason is that there simply was no “Sham”*** *** paid for and signed off on every invoice that was presented to himHe also signed off on the terms of the warranty which we fully backedWe are a very reputable business that offers extended warranties on all of our repairsWe offer these for the protection of both the consumer and ourselvesThe reality is that most vehicles on the road are simply mistreated and/or not properly cared for to the manufacturer’s specificationsWe are not asserting that *** *** abused his rebuilt transmission but it could definitely be the cause of what he deems as premature failureUnfortunately we simply have no control over how he drove/treated the vehicle
Again, we certainly understand *** *** frustration, and if his warranty period were only expired by a day, a week, a month or a few months then perhaps there would be a good faith alternative solutionThe reality is that his warranty has been expired for over yearsAt what point is good enough, good enough?
We certainly agree with *** *** on one thing though, if consumers are allowed to run free, disregard warranty periods, dismiss the responsibility of their own actions and simply throw their hands up and demand satisfaction at whatever point they feel fit, then no, there is no need for the Revdex.com because every business will simply go out of business

Bought a car from here like two years ago and noticed they didn't have any reviews so I figured I'd postThey sold me a car with a month warranty so I felt comfortableIt looked fine at first glance but did have a carfax reportThey told me out of cars they had were in tiny fender benders and was no big dealSince was warrantied and they passed it through emissions I felt fineSo to make a long story short, the whole car is smushed underneath and they put a nice body around itHas bad catalytic converters among other things I had to fixThey're total scam artists there and I want to warn everyone about that placeDo not go thereYou will b lied to and taken advantage of

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I was shammed into buying a transmission that I didn't ask for, and didn't even need. And then it FAILED!!  Sure the 12 month warranty was up. But not the 12,000 miles portion of the warranty.  Regardless, when is the last time you heard of a transmission lasting 6,000 miles?  I was cheated to begin with, and now i'm stuck with paying for a new transmission from somebody else.  Let's stop these crooks from operating this way. They should pay for my the transmission to be fixed!
If we don't stand up to this behavior now, there is no need for the Revdex.com to exist.
