Recently I contracted Titan Builders to update my Kitchen and 1/Bathrooms in a condo on Lake Shore Drive During my initial meeting with Mike ***, he assured me that there wouldn't be any issues completing the project in the time frame we askedMike, along with his team, designed the kitchen and bathrooms down to the exact detail When the project was completed, we were completely satisfied and highly recommend Mike/TitanWe went from that 70's look to modern in less then monthsNow if I can get my wife to cook in the kitchen that would be GREAT Thank you Titan

This is my third time using Titan Builders for work on my home. My first project was roofing, soffit/fascia & gutters. Then we did our Kitchen with Titan and just recently finished a master bath with them. We have enjoyed work with Mike [redacted], the President of the company. From start to finish, the process was made easy for us. We had a point of contact that would be in touch with us daily and a designer that made our bathroom look amazing with all the finishes! Thank you, to the crew foreman, Robert. Thank you Mike for doing a fantastic job.

Just finished the new granite counters and glass back splash in my home and it came out fantastic. The crew did a great job and they were led by Freddy. Thank you for the prompt service and detail to all the little details.

I recently purchased a rental property in Chicago. I had contracted Titan, to install new roofing to the home, as well as new vinyl siding, soffit fascia, gutters and trim work. I was amazed how fast the work was completed. The neighbors of the property were all impressed with the quality of work and the cleanliness of the job site. Mike D[redacted], the owner, called me personally to thank me for work that I did with his company. During that conversation I decided that I would like for them to remodel the second floor bathroom. He sent out Mark S[redacted], and I was amazed by his ideas of redesigning the bathroom to utilize the space better. Mark made it easy by bringing samples to me. The bathroom was completely done in 8 days. Special thanks to Rob, the project manager for going above and beyond. Thank you and I look forward to doing business with your company again.

I contracted Titan to remodel my kitchen. The quality of materials and craftsmanship was excellent. I am completely satisfied with all of the work that was done. I highly recommend Titan.

This Company has not meet a customer satisfaction:
It all started on 5-3-2016 they came to my house to give me a price on doing my roof and gutters complete tear down the price they give was $10,300. And They I ask how much with out complete tear down with gutters the price they give was $8,000. At this time I said I will think about both prices. I came to the concussion that I will go with the $10,300 price. Seen they I have been calling Mike the owner more that 4 time and there Rep. Juan 6 times and there office 3 time. all the time they said they will call me back with a answer and never got a call. So on 6/23/2016 I spoke to Mike about the problem. That why a company will behave this way, Is answer was that I was rude talking to him.I did not. I was talking with him with a soft voice. I said how would you feel if a company like yours we treat Customer like this how you think they will reacted. That's Not good business. I do admit that and the and of the conversation I send him to [redacted].
