*** *** dropped off his computer on Saturday, February 1st We had scheduled the repair to take place on Monday February 3rd and laptop will be returned on Tuesday February 4th Once we took the laptop apart and replaced the DC *** we found out that voltage regulator chip was
malfunctioning and causing the battery to not charge We called and left a message for the client on February 3rd that we need to order the chip and since he had an older notebook his repair will be be completed on Friday February 7th His notebook was completed and was ready to be picked up on Friday February 7th On February 7th, we called and left a voice message for *** that his notebook was ready to be picked up
Titan Computer at that time closed 2nd and last Saturday of every month Hours were posted on our window next to the entrance and in our outgoing voice message greeting We received the voice message from *** on Monday and we attempted to call the number left with us but the message stated the number has been temporarily not in service We attempted to call him again on Tuesday February 11th and Thursday February with the same message
The notebook was finally picked up by his wife on February 17th

Review: Titan Computer Repair HAS TAKEN MY COMPUTER HOSTAGE!!!!! The charging mechanism was going to be replaced. The owner told me on Saturday, February 01, 2014, that my computer would be finished on February 04, 2014. Also, he said that he would call me on February 04th regarding the computer. However, he did not. On Friday, February 07, 2014, I went to Titan Computer Repair. Then, onSaturday, February 08, 2014 I called and left a voicemail. , However, it has not returned my call days later. I called on February 11, 2014 and its voicemail is full and will not accept new messages. It seems as though Titan Computer Repair has stopped answering its phone calls, checking its business voicemails, and locked its doors and has stolen my computer. Please help.Desired Settlement: I want my laptop computer back.
